Location was so close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rainfall shower head was my favourite. The staff were honestly the best, because I was travelling as a solo traveller, I really wanted to have some human connection during my stay and the receptionists were so accommodating to having a chat with me. I can not remember names but the female was your trainee and the male was the long hair dude (sorry guys if you get this, I promise I forget everyone’s names as soon as I hear them, I hope you enjoyed your Aussie snacks!!). These 2 were honestly the highlight of my stay, even with my work event I was actually in Lisbon for. Please, please, please make sure they get to read this or they are told how much I loved chatting with them and answering my hounding questions!

Location was great and staffs were awsome! So friendly front house, and room was clean! Being one of IBIS chain, room is not spacious but was enough to accomodate one person! I was put on the top floor with balcony and it was wonderful! Had issues with my flight and arrived a day late, but hotel staffs and booking.com customer service was kind enough to accomodate the changes! Much appreciated. I will surely come back to this accomodation when i return to Lisbon. For those looking for a clean and well located hotel, this should be your choice!

sound proofing was quite bad. Could hear everything from the next door... I could hear everything that the next door customer was saying on the phone =<

Great central location, very friendly staff, clean good size rooms, very comfortable beds and a lot of football TV channels.

The breakfast could be a bit better but it is acceptable for the price.

Very central location near to Metro. Well equipped room, very clean and a great buffet breakfast. Parking available nearby. Very helpful staff. Loved the complementary Pasteis de Nata that were in reception every day We use Ibis Styles a lot and this one was of the usual high standard.

The staff were super kind & friendly. I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient, it’s near the metro & easy to access everywhere ( tourist attractions & airport). The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a little fridge in my room which was handy and there were plenty of channels on the tv. I thought it was excellent value for money. Breakfast had a good variety of food options. On a separate note, there is a lovely pizzeria next to the hotel entrance. I would recommend it.

The only negative for me is that I didn’t really like the coffee served in the cafe downstairs. It was a bit bland.

Good location, genuinely nice staff who were approachable and happy to help with any need or enquiry.

I was traveling with a wheelchair and the lift was only just big enough to accommodate it. We had to do two trips to get our suitcase up to the room. But this is the only criticism I can make of my stay.

The hotel spotless and the rooms large warm and comfy. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice for a continental, loved the fresh juice ( a real bonus) . The hotel is located a few minutes walk from three metro stops and a 20 minute walk to the old town, Rossio area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was ready on arrival. The bathroom was small but modern and clean with a fab hot shower.

The walls were thin, making it noisy when someone was in the room next door. The traffic noise wasn't to bad from 8th floor. The bath room was small. Shame there was no kettle in the room or the bar was not open to get hot drinks.

The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness and location were good. We had good views from our balcony. Parking wasn't too difficult to find. The 1st floor breakfast area was a good place to work from. You'll find many restaurants around the hotel.

Having booked the superior room with the balcony I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room and bathroom. In the images on the website, it looked much bigger. There was barely any space to open our 2 suitcases. People at the reception said they just have 2 rooms of this type and they are all the same size which I honestly doubt.

The hotel was located in the best neighborhood in Lisbon, but a bit far from the sea and the central locations. The room was very spaceous and the breakfast was nice with a variety of goods even for us greeks that eat sweets in the morning.

It's a big building and needs more elevators because of the high volume of people in the morning. Also, we had some issues with accessing the hotel during the night of the Sporting celebrations, but the hotel is not to be blamed! Always park your car in the parking next to the hotel! The signs around the hotel forbid parking and are all in portuguese, don't make the same mistake as us or you will get a big big fine.

Lovely staff, very friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to talk to you. Rooms are a decent size with plenty of storage for your bags. Great location, about 5 minutes walk from Parque Station on the blue line so easy to reach from airport and get around Lisbon. Also plenty of cafes and bars nearby. There are also shops nearby if you want snacks. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff doing breakfast seemed to be working exceptionally hard to cope with the number of people for breakfast so maybe a few more staff at that time in the restaurant. Lifts are quite small so you can only get a couple of people in plus luggage but it wasn't a massive issue and we never had to wait very long.
