The room was like a mini suite with large balcony and the breakfast buffet incredible. The hotel serves no alcohol and this was the first time I have come across a dry hotel with a bar serving mocktails and juices. While I had wanted a glass of wine with my lunch, it was not a problem, and I'm putting the fact the hotel is dry as a positive because there were plenty of bars in the area and lots of people don't want to be around alcohol. Also with a 24h restaurant a bar serving alcohol could have meant drunkenness and anti-social behaviour.

Apart from a free 20 minutes per stay, you have to pay for the pool, gym and spa area, minimum €15 for 2 hours. I arrived from the airport around 10 am and as I had planned, spent four hours (cost €20) in the pool and spa area (which was lovely) before I was able to check in at 3 pm. One of the reasons for choosing the hotel was the pool so it was a little disappointing not to have free access.

This is a brand new hotel with a fabulous entrance, the staff at reception were really helpful and kind, the duty Manager Karen was also very friendly and professional due to a issue on the swimming pool facilities caused by a staff member called SONIA, she was still on trainings when stayed at the hotel when she decided to be rude towards me and my friend.

The staff member called SONIA was very unprofessional and rude, she ruined my Stay at the hotel and made me feel discriminated despite ignoring me and walking away when i questioned her why she was so rude ? This is beyond acceptable, kindly take the right measurements for this particularly staff member in probation. I don’t think i would like to use the Spa facilities if this staff member going to be there.

Beautiful, clean, well located. And even with some construction happening outside and planes passing by quite often, noose was not an issue at all. Great staff, super friendly and one of the fastest check ins I’ve done.

I wish I would have know about the Halal bar and the lack of alcoholic beverages.

Friendly staff that went out of their way to assist. Breakfasts were superb with an extensive offering. Absolutely loved my stay. Extremely well located, clean, modern and fresh. Amazing Spa and extra bonus of being able to use the facilities for 20 min. (Jacuzzi included). I would most definitely recommend this hotel as value for money, in every way imaginable. From the staff, to the food, to the modern, clean and fresh bedrooms. Fortunately Masa Hotel is a 6 minute walk to the Metro with very easy and quick access to Marques De Pombal, the central location for the Hop on and Hop off Busses to all the sights seeing your heart will delight in. I would advice the Red Bus Line by Grayline Company. Reasonable ticket prices and luxurious bus.

I recently stayed at MASA Hotel & Spa Campo Grande and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. Comfortable, beautiful hotel! Friendly staff! Clean, spacious rooms, cleaning every day! A spacious shower room with new high-quality sanitary ware, orthopedic mattresses, comfortable! Many people write in the negative comments that it is the noise of planes flying by, but personally they did not bother me and I do not hear them when the balcony is closed, and the room has excellent climate control, you can set the right temperature and sleep sweetly! I would like to note the delicious breakfasts, very tasty, a wide range of dishes and everything is fresh and tasty! Concierges meet and take you to the room, provide all the information about what is in the room for free and what is for an additional fee. I lived with my daughter for a week, I didn't want to leave. I would like to note the pleasant surprise and attention of the hotel staff, on my birthday a delicious dessert and drink awaited me in the room. I will add a photo, thanks! It is very cute!

It was a perfect stay. Staff is very friendly and supportive. I had some special requests during the breakfast (ex: lactose free milk) they quickly acted on my requests. Room was very clean and big. Housekeeping is very good. The service at the spa was excellent. Even if it was not a big spa that can accommodate a big crowd. It was clean and cozy. We had a perfect relaxing massage. Overall experience was excellent.

It is located a little bit distance from the city center and as the public transportation is complicated in Lisbon. It’s better to anticipate the delays of the buses. Better to use the metro or walk by foot than using buses.. and there are limited choices of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very new and clean Rooms gets cleaned and given new towels/sheet everyday. Bathroom is big with clean accessories Breakfast is very much spreaded,many things to try Staffs are very helpful Spa and pool is there Feels like 3/4 star hotel 10 mins to Airport

The location is bit far from center Have to walk 600/700 meters to get into metro,but is okay as the neighborhood is very nice and safe.Anyway you can always use Uber. Not many shops around,a Lidl is there in 0.5 miles though The Room is bit small but its okay as its very clean

Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast, and small but comfortable room. I was very impressed I could open my wondow, allowing some nice air into the room. The people of Lisbon are amazing! Although rather far from the old part of Lisbon, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is directly under the flight path for the Lisbon Airport. If you're a light sleeper, then this may pose an issue. My room had a "lovely" view of the HVAC system for the hotel, which thankfully were usually not turned on.
