The location is situated between 2 subway stops along the green line. Anjos and Intendente. From the airport take red line to Alameda and change to green line heading to Caisde Sodre and get off at Anjos. The hotel is one block downhill from the Anjos stop. Easy to get to anything in town from the subway. The breakfast buffet was good. Eggs, cereals, fruit, pastries, cold cuts, bacon, etc. The staff is friendly but not really knowledgeable about things to see or do.

The front desk staff could be a bit more informed on the restaurants close by, things to see or do, and upcoming local events. The staff is very friendly but had few answers to my questions. I actually gave them information on things they could use later. Management needs to train staff on local activities or have a binder with tourist information data.

The hotel is very well located, with access to the metro and tram nearly in front of it, and access to the city center in about 20 minutes by feet. The neighborhood is residential and felt safe for a solo female traveler. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, the economic double room very convenient and comfortable, and the general facilities were modern and clean.

The breakfast has a very good variety of food available but the scramble eggs are very dry, and 10:00am as the breakfast end of service is sometimes a bit early when you need to catch up on sleep 😉

The rooms were modern equipped with what you need. The bed was comfy. What caught my mind was the amazing cleaning service, one could notice they like to do it as best as it is possible. I say thanks to them. Breakfast was great. You could find something for any taste! There were also different types of pastry everyday. The reception are respectful and ready to help you with any type of questions you have. The location was very convenient! Metro stations, supermarkets and restaurants, all nearby. They were even at Christmas night.

This hotel is in a good location and amazing value. We flew from UK and then got metro to within a hundred metres of hotel. Staff very helpful, rooms compact but everything you need including fridge and safe, spotlessly clean and a beautiful en-suite room. Feels like a new hotel. Really nice, buffet breakfast included, no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

It was in a perfect location, easy to travel anywhere in Lisbon and close to the airport. I loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Hotel staff were so friendly and warm. I would 100% come back

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and I even got the same room both times! :) I’m absolutely thrilled – the room isn’t very large, but it was perfect for one person. Everything was clean, the bed and linens were comfortable, and the bathroom with its shower was great. The local shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing! All the staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was absolutely divine! From the fantastic juices and a huge selection of pastries to the cornbread I dearly miss in my home country :) Some might find it a bit far from the city center, but for me, it was easily within walking distance. On my way back up the hill from the city, I always took the historic tram, which added to the charm. The hotel is rated as two stars, but to me, it felt more like four.

The soundproofing could be slightly better, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Staff were friendly, housekeeping in particular were great at keeping rooms to a high level of cleanliness and also being super friendly when we bumped into them. The bathroom in our room was clean with a very impressive shower that was possibly the best we've experienced in a hotel with good water pressure. Window in the bedroom does a good job of keeping the noise from outside out, and the rooms have a decent level of soundproofing in general. Reception and all areas of the hotel looked very clean and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, and checked us in a couple hours early because our room was ready, this was a nice surprise that we greatly appreciated as it meant we could go and explore the city after a quick refresh.

Nice breakfast with plenty of choice and a nice clean pretty area however a fairly short time window for breakfast results in it being quite busy. The hotel also stops topping up breakfast around an hour before breakfast ends which adds to the rush of people cramming into a small timeframe. The rooms have good soundproofing and it's needed as the street outside is very loud when you open the window. The noise didn't bother us but if you're a light sleeper expect there to be lots of city noise if you open the window ie shouting, car horns and sirens. TV could have had a few more channels but that's just me being very nitpicky as there really wasn't much negative to say regarding our stay.

Exactly as pictured on the website! Chic decor! Very well appointed room with lots of space, a desk, kettle and mirrors! Clean sheets and linens with the hotel logo! And there was always staff at the desk to answer questions! The breakfast bar was clean, bright and well-stocked. Same selections daily, but everything was tasty and fresh! There was no balcony in my first room, but you could open the door and window for fresh air. The second room was smaller. But had a cute balcony facing the backside of the hotel. The location was great as well, easy to get taxis/Bolt, one block walk to the metro and lots of shops around. Overall WONDERFUL experience!

There was a foul pervasive SEWAGE smell coming from the shower in my room 303! I told staff right away, they seem to be aware of this ongoing problem, and told me they didn’t have any other rooms available. I extended my stay for one night and the next room did not have this issue. THANK GOD! Would have been five stars all around if not for the Sewage problem.

A contemporary room with crisp linens and nice decor. The shower was great, powerful and with oodles of hot water. Breakfast surpassed my expectations given the price of the room. Good coffee, large choice of pastries and breads and several different juices. Options changed on different days. I did not try the hot food but they seemed popular. Kitchen staff regularly replenished items.

TV was a little difficult to operate, and despite the location having several other hotels, as a single female I was a little wary in the area after dark. This would not have been a problem if I had travelled when the days were longer.

Everything went great. It is a good location, especially because, if you like exploring, you will only need to walk downhill to the city center. Pretty close too, there are 2 metro stations nearby. The hotel is very clean and new and the staff is polite and helpful. We had the superior room and it had two big windows in the corner that we could see the street from, also we could see Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and the sunrise over the hill directly from the bed. Oh, and I had a special surprise from the hotel on my birthday which was very sweet.

Breakfast was great but not too different from day to day. Something that might be an issue for someone who is not a couple is that there was a gap between the side of the bathroom door and the wall. Nothing too big, you couldn't quite see inside, but that might be an issue for some people. It wasn't a defect either, it's just the way it was designed.
