Great hosts and great apartment. We were delighted with the room which was well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast served in the morning was very good, and we were pleasently surprised with fruit served throughout the day. The hosts are very nice and accomodating, and allowed us to check in before time.

Just a minor inconvenience opening the apartment door with the keypad. It required several trial and error to get it to open, and we never figured it out completely, but then again it never completely failed on us and we never needed more than a couple of minutes to get in. The room opened up into the breakfast area which was not great but didn't disturb us at all.

The location is excellent, literally around the corner from Rato Metro station and the E24 tram route. A short stroll down through some of the more interesting streets to the old centre. Room was clean, tidy and met our needs. Great communication from the owner regarding arrival, door lock codes and so forth. She met us personally upon arrival and explained everything perfectly.

The location is under the flight path from the airport, so from early in the morning there was the drone from aircraft taking off. Breakfast had a limited selection, but what was available was good.

Everything about it. We only had a one night stay and it was more than fit for the purpose. A lovely, cozy place. Very accommodating and just so comfortable to be there. We had a 3 month baby with us and the property made sure we had what we needed, a cot and a kettle for us to make the milk bottles for her. Very attentive and so nice. Marta and the staff at breakfast equally. It’s a safe place and you can be 100% sure the breakfast is so fresh and lovely. They’ve gone the extra mile. Thank you for our stay! Would of stayed there for weeks.

At the end of the day you’re choosing to stay in a city so you can’t complain. Overall the place is super safe, it has double glazing windows and wooden shutters so it does shut out the outside noise as much as possible, aeroplanes can be heard but that’s general about the area. I can’t fault anything about the property, very accommodating.

Incredibly clean rooms, light and spacious. The staff were exceptional and they made us feel really at home. We had a small. Issue with our bathroom and they addressed it right away. Plus the shower was so lovely. Fantastic to live in an authentic Portuguese place. We absolutely absolutely would come back when in Lisbon

The bathroom was good but the toilet was awkwardly under the countertop basin, which required careful aligning prior to sitting on the toilet. A tower hanger for the hand towel would have been great.

Perfect tiny hotel. Friendly staff (not there 24hrs). Coffee and breakfast was simple but very good. Our 2 rooms were fantastic - lovely high ceilings and windows, huge bathroom, modern shower and effective air con. Rooms were spotless. Would totally stay here again.

Just so you are aware - location is not central. It’s right next to Rato metro station. Took us about 45 mins to walk to Praça commercial - but we walk fast! Ride apps are very cheap.

The breakfast was great. There was a very wide choice of a continental breakfast which changed every day.Everything was fresh and the bread was warm. There was a good selection of fresh fruit.Tea and coffee, cake asnd fruit available throughout the day.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like.Through my fault I lost the connection to Marcia so had to wait till she came but it was my fault not hers.My relatively late arrival meant I had to be met at the door.

the metro station Rato just behind the corner fresh fruit available 24/7 (apples, pears, bananas, plums, oranges, tangerines)

Although I liked the idea of the self-service vending machine for tea/coffee/hot water, which was for free in the mornings, I would appreciate a different system for the morning tea. A) 1 dcl of tea is not enough, B) each use means another non-paper cup, which made my green heart bleed. It might sound like a silly detail but I found it quite annoying…

Quirky traditional room, nice bathroom with big shower cabin. Very helpful, friendly staff, Marta was exceptional with the communication reg the pick up from the airport, great and plenty of breakfast incl fruit all day (and cake if any leftover), good location, close to Metro and various sights.

I think the matresses might benefit from a deep steam clean as my friend had some itchy, sore bites in the morning

Fantastic location, just around the door from the Metro, several bus and tram stops. Marta, the hostess was superb and gave us lots of Lisbon tips, and the other staff were great too. The beds were super comfy and the facilities clean. Breakfast was simple but great quality. The fresh bread was amazing and they’d leave the cake and fruit for you to help yourself to all day. If you’re on a budget but still want to stay somewhere nice, clean and convenient, The Postcard Lisbon is perfect!

The other noisy residents waking us up stomping up the stairs at 5am - this was a one off though and generally you don’t hear any noise once everyone is in their own room. There was nothing we didn’t like really.

Clean, well organized apartments in good location. Nice comfy beds and strong shower. There was a small fridge on the floor but sparsely decorated. Breakfast included with reasonable choice. Location is convenient. Host Ricardo was very helpful and reacted fast to messages.

A bit noisy in the morning as around 5 rooms come out into the breakfast area, when guests started to have their breakfast. No microwave or eggs etc.
