Considering that is a 1 star hotel, it was a very good stay. The breakfast was ok, few things but what there was, was fresh. (ham, cheese, butter, jam, bread, yogurt, some pastry and juice/coffee) The room was ok sized, only basic furniture, but the bed was really good. Unexpectedly good :) The bathroom was small, they provided shampoo/towels. A nice thing to mention was that the water had good pressure and got hot very quickly. The room was clean when I arrived. I chose though a room without cleaning during the stay, although I could've ask for paid cleaning. All in all, a really good place to stay for a low price.

The location is great. Really close to the metro. We appreciated the non stop reception.

Weird bed sheets. I would appreciate some wardrobe.

The staff was very accommodating and helped change reservation dates around when needed. The location is extremely convenient and perfect to get to the best places in the city. It's also convenient to have parking and especially street parking at night. Although I recommend just taking Ubers everywhere as it is cheap to get to any of the cool places in town.

The property was hard to get a hold of via phone or email, it was hard to get confirmation and gather information on the property remotely. But the staff was very helpful in person and great to speak to.

Location very close to metro station in a nice area, around 35 minutes ride from the airport. Easy access to city centre by transportation or walking. Round the clock reception. Rooms are provided with a metal safe in case you need to store your valuables. A few corner shops nearby, also a non sop pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom was really small. The bathroom floor was elevated from the level of the room but there was no threshold inside the bathroom so water splattered by accident leaked into the room. Use the shower carefully.

The staff were very friendly and always keen to help. Being able to use the reception lobby area as we needed was very helpful for our group. The complimentary drinks station was a life saver - and especially loved the tropical juice! It was a great location, and not too crowded or busy.

Some rooms did not have air conditioning, which was difficult in the middle of summer. Also, while the rooms and the general hotel was clean enough, there were parts of some showers etc which had clearly been missed and needed proper cleaning.

The location is good, there are a couple of bus and metro stations right around the corner which will take you to the city centre / central stations, plus there is a big supermarket and McDonald’s close by. The reception works 24/7 so that is very convenient, everybody there speaks English and are exceptionally nice and forthcoming, all of our requests were accommodated (they gave us shower caps, allowed us to use the coffee / tea machine even though we didn’t pay for breakfast etc). The room itself was small but had everything we needed and more (a TV), it was clean - as well as the ensuite bathroom.

The only thing we were not very happy about was the bathroom + toilet door to the main sleeping room… it’s on a side sliding mechanism and when closed leaves a considerable gap between itself and the nearby wall, so everyone is aware of what happens in the bathroom. Oh and our windows led onto the street so when we had them open at night we would hear the street noise.

The staff was very firendly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful. If you need tea/coffee or any dishes you can take from the reception for free. Also the room was quite.

The only thing I didn't like is ventilation in the rooms. Especially in the bathroom ventilation was not sufficient. Also some facilities like lift were a bit old and sometimes I didn't feel safe while using it.

The location is very good, maximum 5 min walk from Rato metro station. Stay was fine, I chose the basic one so no room service/cleaning during my stay but if I needed anything I could ask the reception. Room with a small bathroom but enough for privacy. Overall very satisfied.

As per the location, the building itself hasn't any views (like stunning) is just simply the street or the houses close by. In addition, if you are staying during summer it can be a bit tricky as there is no AC and can be very warm in Lisbon. Lastly, depending where you from you can find disturbing the street noises (mostly cars or trucks) - only one night was very bad noise, but again depends what you are used to.

Excellent location. Very close to the Rato metro station. It’s very easy and very good value to take the metro from the airport to the Rato station and walk 2 or 3 min to the hotel. Very accessible public transport, very close to a shopping center, very close to Jardim Estrela. Cool place to stay in, good value for money.

It might be dangerous for children to stay in a room with unsecured windows.

Overall a very good experience, considering the price. Comfortable room and services. The staff is very friendly, including the cleaning ladies, and especially the receptionist José, very good professional and a great person.

The room had some dust on the furniture, not very good for someone with allergies. Also, the breakfast could be better. The coffee is undrinkable.
