We found the apartment clean and comfortable. When we arrived the air con was not working. The staff were very helpful and we moved to a different apartment the following day. The kitchen arrangements were fine - enabling the preparation of breakfast, drinks and re-heating of food. However, we did try the breakfast provided at the main block and it was very good (a wide choice), The apartment was easy to access and felt safe. The staff at the main block, just up the road, were exceptionally helpful. Porto is quite a large city and the apartment was about a 20-minute walk from the railway station (uphill) and a short 5-minute walk from the nearest metro (uphill).

The apartment was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! We even had a terrace, but sadly it was raining. Bathroom was good and big. The apartment had a AC so we didn’t feel cold at all (which is rare here in apartments) and it’s also good for the summer. Would defenitely stay here again 😊

The location was great and near everywhere but I think I wouldn’t like walking there alone as a woman in the night time

The key collection could have been a HUGE PROBLEM however, we were lucky when arriving at the accommodation a guest was leaving and told us the ket had to be collected from another hotel. Had we not have been so lucky, we could still be standing outside - SERIOUSLY BAD COMMUNICATIONS !!!!!!

Wonderful place! Very good location, close to metro station. Amazing, spacious and shiny clean room equipped with everything you might need during your stay - kitchen with all utensils (sharp knives, scissors and corkscrew!), fridge, coffee maker (coffee capsules and teabags refilled everyday), microwave oven, even travel set with fresh sponge, dishwashing liquid and rubber gloves. Plenty of fresh towels, cosmetics and a hairdryer available in the bathroom. Adding comfortable beds to the list above makes it a place you don't want to leave :) Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our stay really great.

One little thing I couldn't find in the kitchen was cutting board.

Clean and tidy. Very new apartment. Great service and friendly staff.

No shower curtains. The bathroom was all wet after each shower.

-kitchen zone: quite comfort for cooking -staffs: very kind and helpful, make me feel free to ask -cleaning: maid come to clean and change towels every day -bathroom: all toiletries as shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper and hairdryer, but not include toothpaste and toothbrush.

-check in counter: when I selected this place , I don’t know where to check in. The check in counter is separated from the hotel which pin in google map. However, staff are very nice and helpful , don’t hesitate to call via cellphone or whatapps. The check in counter, if your google map pined at room select porto suites, you have to walk straight and meet the traffic light , go straight , then the check in place is opposite of park.

awesome apartment. thank you for your warm welcome. nice personal, really helpful, and friendly. thanks for the possibility of earlier check-in. the aparthotel is really close to the main building. good location and everything is close. we additionally ordered breakfast and it was worth it. everything was tasty. the plus of number that you will have a lot of electrical outlets and it makes sense when you need to charge everything. perfect bed.

The hotel is a an apartment building, very clean, well located, easy to park if you have a car - respecting rules of the place. Very clean, with an incredible staff since the check in at the parent hotel until the checking out. Awesome!

I was a bit confused from where to check in and where the hotel was located, but I believe that it has been well explained in the e-mail. Just one single comment, this apartment has a small kitchen, but cutlery items were absent.

Lovely, comfortable room. Very good location. Lot's of shops and restaurants nearby and we could easily walk to the city center from the apartment. There was a good selection for breakfast and the bar was a nice place to have a drink in.

One minor annoyance was that our room was in a separate building to the reception and bar. Though the two buildings were very close it was still kind of annoying to have to cross 2 pedestrian crossings for breakfast. There was a good selection of drinks available at the bar but the staff didn't seem very experienced and one person had to look up what sangria was lol.

Really nice and spacious room with lots of amenities. All the staff we interacted with were great. Good location not far from the Trindade metro station.

Noise. I think I saw this in one or two other reviews, but for some reason there were drilling noises regularly in the morning and sometimes at night. Sometimes it lasted a few minutes, sometimes more like ten minutes. I think the property should make guests aware of this ahead of time or find out where this disturbance is coming from. Furthermore, we were on a floor with only one other room but be aware you will hear quite a lot of other guests' noise, particularly as they leave / return.
