The hotel is modern in decor, it was spotless, very comfortable and the outdoor area is an amazing miniature oasis of wall hanging planting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rate for a couple for a two night stay was so reasonable, such good value for money . I would highly recommend this hotel .

the bartender who worked on the 18th and 19th Feb was so unnecessarily rude. he refused to give us complimentary tea bags, and spoke to the reception staff in another language for ages making us feel very uncomfortable. in the end the reception staff “convinced” him to give us the 2 complimentary tea bags. the next day, we ordered a bottle of water and tea. he told us he’d bring it to us but 30mins later, nothing. but he continue to look at us from the bar. we asked again and he said he’d bring it. again, he continued packing away glasses, looked at us and refused to serve our drinks. such a shame the hotel was perfect and other staff were great.

Very smart hotel about 3 mins walk from the Trinidade metro - with direct link to airport plus various lines. Spacious room with above average decor and comfort throughout. WiFi and hot water obviously fine. Good value. Did not try the breakfast. Outside seating area at the back was a plus.

It is in the centre of town by a major road so some traffic noise is inevitable if you're at the front.

I loved everything that this hotel had to offer. It was walking distance to all main attractions so we didn't have to use any transport. The breakfast was superb and the rooms were very clean. The metro was just across the road so it was very easy to get to Porto airport, hassle free.

Central location as only 3min walk from Trindade metro station. Comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed with this chain before in Lisbon and would happily do so again on our next trip to Portugal.

Good location, 10 min walk from where the day trips are leaving this is a modern and classy looking hotel, starting with the reception, rooms and restaurant. We even got a free complementary drink first time we went to the restaurant(very nice meals at very reasonable prices). We had breakfast included in our booking. It was a large buffet with many options and a great breakfast was a good start to every day. AirCo is quiet and easy to adjust and we got a very quiet room. The TVs maximum volume is limited so no one can disturb their neighbours( I really loved that “touch”). A supermarket is 30m away as well and public transport 5 min walk .

Front staff @1pm on 4/15 were Superb! We had travel complication from parking machine not working, needed cash we didn’t have …they helped us on the fly by thinking outside the box, and saved us! We are very grateful!

Centrally located, easy to walk to all the sights and the river. The staff was excellent and happy to help. I felt safe, very important for a woman traveling alone

I liked everything there, including the patio behind the bar where you can enjoy a glass of Porto wine and a cup of coffee. Location was excellent, both for sighthseeing and business.
