It's a very new property located at heart of the city. there are many goos restaurants and shops around. the room was super clean and comfortable. amenities at the hotel is excellent. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming.

Loved the location, loved the size, style and comfort of the room. Beautiful view from the room. The staff was extremely helpful! I handed them a list and said this is what I want to see, what’s the best way to do it. They pulled out a convenient map and circled all the attractions I wanted and mapped out the best route. It worked so well that we saw 90% of what we wanted in one day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed really comfortable! I would stay there again if I was coming back to Porto!

Nothing, I can’t think of one thing that bothered me. In fact, there was a very noisy university graduate parade going on in front of the hotel until midnight and the windows were very sound proof and kept most of the noise out.

The room was superb. Nice and quiet as was set back from the street side. The bed was huge and incredibly comfy! The staff were also amazing as were always so polite and helpful when it came to additional requests or local recommendations

Only snag was there was no iron in the room although when requested from staff they were always very responsive. Hotel breakfast is ok…but would expect slightly better given how nice the hotel is. The hot food selection (sausages/eggs/tomatoes/mushrooms) was often cold which we raised with the restaurant staff but this didn’t change during our stay.

We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade when we arrived to the hotel but definitely made our stay that much better. The hotel is in a great location and is very modern and stylish after recent renovations. The air con was very easy to operate and kept the room nice and cool all day. The staff were extremely friendly and even brought our bags up to the room and showed us how to operate things like the air con, tv etc.

The only fault I would give this hotel is that the shower gel container fell off the wall in the shower during our stay but honestly this is very very minor.

This hotel is only a few months old so everything is brand new. We had a suite which was a very nice size. Very friendly staff who made good restaurant recommendations and corrected an issue we had with our door keys.

While new, the furniture in the room was rather mundane and uninspired with nothing on the walls. This hotel is some distance from the river so if that is an area that you will spend a lot of time in you should take that into consideration. There is major construction going on in Aliados Plaza, though it is on the opposite end from the hotel and we did not hear construction noise (though other hotels on the Plaza are being impacted).

Perfect location we were able to walk all of town and all the main sights from there, nice design and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, we didn’t have the breakfast included but opted for it twice and it was really good, good selection and food presented in a very nice, detail oriented way (you can tell someone puts some thought and heart in it :)). Would come back anytime! Parking in the garage close by worked well as well.

For us it was fine but I could see someone finding it a bit noisy when having the windows open at night (which has to expected from A very central hotel in my mind) so if one wants it super quiet better to stay somewhere outside town

We visited porto for Business but spent few more days to see Porto. The location of the hotel was perfect. We did not use any public transportation during our stay in Porto because the hotel is in the middle of everything.

We recommend visco type of twin beds which absorbs the movements. A Grafitti Picture on the big wall right outside of the hotel will give to the hotel another atmosphere. The breakfast was ok, international open buffet would be better

The room is quite large for Europe standard. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, near a lot of historical places, as well as eat and drink places. It is easily accessed by car and uber takes less than 5 mins to arrive every time.

The city construction seems to be the main problem of this hotel. This is the same throughout Porto. However, it affects certain location more than others. It is not loud or anything. The only downside is the way to walk from the hotel to shopping area is underconstruction.

The hotel was excellent in terms of location, rooms were fantastic and very clean. More importantly the hotel staff are exceptional. We travelled as a party of 12 to celebrate a surprise birthday. The team at the hotel were amazing from arranging airport transport to helping us book restaurants, providing recommendations on trips ( and help booking these)- honestly they are a credit to the hotel nothing is too much trouble. The location of the hotel is fantastic for your trip to Porto. Great trip and will definitely return in the future.

beautiful fresh fruit and pastries we didnt have anything cooked as i prefer to eat healthy. hotel was central to where ever you wanted to visit. used the metro to travel back to the airport only 5 mins walk from hotel. train was on time efficient clean and only 2.4Euros one way per person. The number 500 bus takes you along the coast road to the beaches and marina.again only a few euros.
