We were booked as a group.of 3 walking the Camino, but ended up.as only 2. Without being asked, the Owner only charged us for 2. Hotel is modern, spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was included, , We expected coffee and croissant but there was a much wider choice of food. We asked for a restaurant recommendation nearby as we had walked 33km and were tired. They recommended Rota De Mar, next door. What a find! Owner allowed us in 30 minutes before the restaurant opened and we had wine. Delicious fresh fish for dinner, and a great laugh with the owner., who was also the chef. Food and wine was so reasonably priced, we couldn't believe it, for such excellent food and service. Highly recommend the Hotel Costa Verde and the restaurant Rota De Mar

There was nothing we didn't like, other than the rain!!

Breakfast was varied and good. Breakfast room was large. Our room was clean, although a little cramped. It was a good location and not too far from the Camino.

It was difficult to fina a place to hang hand wash to dry. (We were walking the Camino and washing out clothes daily.) I hate those hangers that fit into a holder (there' no hook on the top.) The first person at the front desk wasn't very welcoming. It seemed like we were an imposition. However, the woman who was there in the evening was very personable and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful! Alex and Paolo, the front desk staff, went out of their way to make sure we would have a place to stay a second night, due to our bag arriving 2 days late. We really appreciated all they did. The hotel is also within two blocks of the beach.

Nothing!

The room was nice and clean, with a controlled atmosphere, so it was not too hot or too cold, just perfect. Stayed on the 11th floor, and you can see the whole city from the balcony. The breakfast has a nice variety. There is also a vending machine on the ground floor. In general it was a really nice surprise.

The bathroom itself is a little bit small. However, the shower is big. In general, it fits the purpose.

We stayed at several hotels across Portugal and this one was one of the better ones. We actually stayed twice once at the beginning and again at the end of our trip 5 nights in total. The breakfast was grate and the location was perfect. There is a parking garage across the street and there are several stores restaurants and bakeries with in walking distance. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk down the street and both rooms we stayed in had city/ocean views. I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything particular not to like. We were traveling with a baby so it was kind of hard to go through the front door with a stroller since they only have a rotating door.

Wonderful hotel very close to the Camino. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in great condition and looked like it had just been built. Breakfast was great with lots of different options. One other positive is that there are quite a few stores located close to the hotel.

Good location. Clerk at check in was very nice and made suggestions for restaurants. Called and made a reservation for me.

Screaming child in room on my floor and walls were thin. Hard time figuring out how the window blinds work-switch was next to bed instead of window. Breakfast options were limited.

We had a lovely room/suite which was well appointed and very clean. The staff were all incredibly helpful and the views from the higher floors were great.

A bit of a weird smell throughout much of the building and not a very impressive breakfast spread but overall not a big deal

Staff was amazing! Went out of their way to ensure we were happy. The breakfast was delicious, offered a variety of items, and the coffee was the best we’ve had in a long time.

The shower leaked an extremely large puddle from the hinged side of the glass door (it was closed properly).

This was a beautiful place to stay after 26km on the Camino. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, spoke great English, and even borrowed me a pair of scissors to cut my blister bandage. The air conditioning was a lovely escape from the heat! It was close to the Camino and other services. I very much enjoyed the included breakfast.
