Room was nice and big Staff was nice and welcoming Breakfast was amazing

I booked in this hotel to come and apologize to the love of my life who I stupidly left a month and a half ago. I reached out to him and hoped he could forgive me for leaving him and could trust me again. Unfortunately it didn't happen, he says he can't get over what I did. This is the hotel where I last saw him in person, probably forever. This is the only thing I didn't like about the hotel. Sorry, I'm sad, I really love him.

Great modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect. We particularly liked the breakfasts which had all possible options available plus the hot options varied each day which made a nice change - one day we had hot tomatoes with cheese and herbs on top, the next day we had hot mushrooms mixed with various vegetables, the next day we had lovely crispy hash brown's alongside the normal hot bacon, sausage, baked beans & scrambled eggs etc all sealed in heavy pots with lids to keep the food hot. The lady manning the breakfast room was also very friendly and efficient. The hotel has plenty of parking and interesting areas to walk around plus a large reception area with plenty of seating for guests. The swimming pool was obviously not being utilised when we were there but it was nice to look at. We also received 2 free chocolates in the room on our first night along with a free sample of real soap from the gift shop which was a very nice thought. It was also good to see the room mini fridge was full of stock if we so desired. (we didn't use the mini bar stock in the end but might in the future). We will try the tapas at the hotel next time we stay. We would definitely stay at the Ozadi again.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and extremely friendly, they went out of their way to ask how we were, if everything was ok and to have a conversation with us. There were gluten free and lactose free options at breakfast, what’s more the staff remembered when we arrived for breakfast that I needed gluten free bread and provided it.

The one draw back is the hotel’s position near the main road. We deliberately chose the hotel for it’s position, knowing Tavira well, because we wanted easy access by car to the town centre and the surrounding towns and villages. However there are times when you are conscious of the traffic noise.

The staff were lovely, so accommodating and helpful (in particular the restaurant and breakfast staff) The rooms are a good size and the views are lovely with the big windows. The breakfast is beautiful and the fresh fruit is to die for! The bistro has something for everyone, the prices are slightly expensive but the quality of the food makes up for it! The shuttle buses are a great idea but the timings need changing slightly to suit the timings of the restaurants opening in Tavira.

We think an in hotel shop would be useful. We also think that the hotel should have smart TVs - unfortunately it meant that channels were limited somewhat. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear other visitors through the doors and walls.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The adjacent restaurant was excellent. Good value.

Reading the negatives from earlier reviews… Location - we chose to stay out of the city so perfectly happy with where it was… Ample free parking. Service - fast and friendly. Excellent English spoken. We had no issues and none of the staff we experience seemed inexperienced Noise - we stayed on the top (3rd) floor - no issues. Regarding the coffee at breakfast - the trick is to select either espresso or americano on the machine - these are bean to cup and are good 😀… If you select any of the other options it serves up some sort of instant coffee that is not so good. Avoid. The machine dispenses hot milk too, so if you want a milky coffee use the machine to dispense a jug of hot milk and then make your own…

It was gorgeous and quite modern. Lovely views and great food with lots of styles being accommodated for. The staff are lovely and are very polite and kind, had a very nice welcome when I arrived and nice goodbye when I left. For the price, the rooms are very spacious and bright, which is fantastic. A good mini bar in the room too.

If you don’t drive/want to get Uber’s around, it’s quite far out of the town centre and it’s awkward if you like to walk like me, as you’d have to walk on a busy main road with no pavement for a while. Less about the property itself and it’s location I suppose; something to make a note of!

Outstanding service. All the staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Matteus deserves particular mention but all were truly first class. Location is next to a main road, noise is not too much of an issue however and it is conveniently located. Pool beautiful. Bistro really great place to be in the evening. On the whole - a Very well thought out family friendly environment.

Gardens could be better maintained ...but we travelled in march after some serious saharan storms so probably not a true reflection of the normal state of affairs.

Breakfast was fabulous. Great choices of food ad very good coffee. I liked the expresso machine in the room for a quick cup before breakfast. The restaurant was a bit disappointing. The staff was a little cold and seemed unsure when asked questions. The Tex-Mex Taco was really weird and nothing like Mexican food (missing Mexican specs) and only like Texas in that it had way too much BBQ sauce on it. The worst thing was it was served cold. Tacos are supposed to be hot both in temperature and spices. There front desk staff, especially the woman in the day shift, were very friendly and attentive with good recommendations.

We stayed for one night our of honeymoon on a last-minute booking at Ozadi. The hotel is located just outside of Tavira and is about a 7-10 minute drive from central Tavira. Tavira is an incredibly charming city. Just walking around this town and eating, looking and experiencing the culture and history here was one of our favorite moments of the trip. Take the water taxi to Ilha de Tavira and check out the beaches! Dinner is a must a D'gusta for traditional tapas. For the Ozadi, we were lucky to have a clean, comfortable double room with a small terrace overlooking Tavira. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Our stay included 2 complimentary welcome drinks and breakfast. The breakfast was decent and included many options from juices to cooked eggs and sausages. For an overnight stay, we were impressed and pleased. Parking our rental here was a breeze.

A lovely resort hotel stay! The hotel is Family friendly and had a kids club with a supervisor who was absolutely lovely! She answered quite a few questions on local history and culture for me. The hot breakfast was extensive and lovely! It was great to try a variety of portugeuse breakfast items in addition to American options. Baby chairs were available. A wading pool was available in addition to an adult pool. There was a lovely marzipan treat waiting in the room on arrival - delicious! The hotel also had free water taxi passes to Cabanas beach And a shuttle service to the town. Such good value for a stay!

Could only exchange beach towels very 3 days and it was hard to dry them out in the damp nights.
