The reception staff is excellent, pleasant and kind, We liked the friendly, helpful staff. The room service is great, we received a voucher for drinks, juice or wine at the bar on the entrance floor, The bedrooms were large and we got quiet room. The breakfast was very good. There is a coffee machine in the room. The pool is large and there are many places to rest and sunbathe. The hotel has a tennis court, facilities for children and a place for sports activities around the hotel. The hotel has parking for free. The hotel has a shuttle according to a schedule to the beach and the city, Convenient for trips, close to main roads.

A little far from the beach, you have to use a shuttle or a car to the city center

I booked in this hotel to come and apologize to the love of my life who I stupidly left a month and a half ago. I reached out to him and hoped he could forgive me for leaving him and could trust me again. Unfortunately it didn't happen, he says he can't get over what I did. This is the hotel where I last saw him in person, probably forever. This is the only thing I didn't like about the hotel. Sorry, I'm sad, I really love him.

- Friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. We liked their smiles. - Very spacious room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. - We were worried at first that we were given a room right above the reception entrance and it was also the first room by the elevator on our floor but we had no issue with noise and it was still quiet. - Good breakfast selection.

- The shower water temperature was not consistent, it kept switching between hotter and colder. We informed the reception and hopefully, they'll be able to get it fixed. - When we arrived, we were asked to pay for our stay. However, on our last day, the reception realised their mistake and gave us a refund, which we really appreciated since it's difficult to track during our trip at different hotels. However, the inconvenience is the currency exchange because the refund ended up being less than the amount we were asked to pay at our arrival.

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool area. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good. I had a wonderful hot stone massage in the spa. It's a short Uber ride into town and easy enough to do, although we didn't do it very often as we were there for a wedding.

The price. For the amount we paid I thought the room was a little tired, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast manager (older man) is quite grumpy when seating people in the mornings. The rest of the breakfast stuff run around doing a fabulous job and were great.

Great modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect. We particularly liked the breakfasts which had all possible options available plus the hot options varied each day which made a nice change - one day we had hot tomatoes with cheese and herbs on top, the next day we had hot mushrooms mixed with various vegetables, the next day we had lovely crispy hash brown's alongside the normal hot bacon, sausage, baked beans & scrambled eggs etc all sealed in heavy pots with lids to keep the food hot. The lady manning the breakfast room was also very friendly and efficient. The hotel has plenty of parking and interesting areas to walk around plus a large reception area with plenty of seating for guests. The swimming pool was obviously not being utilised when we were there but it was nice to look at. We also received 2 free chocolates in the room on our first night along with a free sample of real soap from the gift shop which was a very nice thought. It was also good to see the room mini fridge was full of stock if we so desired. (we didn't use the mini bar stock in the end but might in the future). We will try the tapas at the hotel next time we stay. We would definitely stay at the Ozadi again.

Nothing to complain about.

Hotel is located on the east side of the southern coast. An hour drive to Albufeira. But near to the very charming town of Tavira. A must visit. Hotel is wonderfull, very friendly staff, nice big rooms with a lot of space (bathroom included). Small terrasses are also nice extra. Great value for money. Breakfast "with a view" is also nice. A bit more variety in breakfast would top it. Lunch - small snacks - at the hotel is good options and a fair price. Swimming pool and area are magnificent. Big pool, a lot of places to relax and sit. Hotel offers a shuttle to the boat transfer to Cabanas and Tavira beach. Boat transfer cost to Cabanas is offered by the hotel. Another extra. A lot of effort from the hotel to entertain/please it guests.

No particular negative points, although some suggestions. Not all staff speak good English so communication was not always easy. Bar staff should proactively visit pool guests for drinks (they would sell a lot more drinks also 😇) To our opinion price for diner was too high vs quality. We had more value for money in multiple restaurants in Tavira. Surroundings and setting although make it calm and enjoyable.

The hotel was a great place to stop for a night to break up our journey from Spain. A welcome drink was offered, as a voucher, on our arrival. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was large too with an excellent walk-in waterfall shower and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was served as a buffet and there were hot and cold choices. We did not try out the restaurant or the pool as our stay was too short but they looked lovely. The hotel provided a minibus transfer into Tavira and it's beaches a few times during the day which would be great for visitors who didn't have their own transport. Overall a comfortable and welcoming stay

A coffee machine and very small cups is provided in the bedroom. However, you could ask for a kettle at reception if you are tea drinkers.

Pleasant property although quite a distance from the old town area. It is not within a comfortable walking distance. However I believe the hotel provides a shuttle service into town but not sure how late it runs. Our room and bathroom were very good size and the room even had a lounge. Beds were comfortable and shower was a good size with lovely hot water pressure. Block out blinds for sleeping and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and a lovely. Plenty of onsite (free) parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My only negative is that the flooring in the room was looking a bit tired, and the location whilst great for those driving it just wasn’t walking distance to town (which I was aware).

The staff were very helpful at all times and always someone on reception to answer any questions. The young man who was a trainee was also very helpful. We got to the hotel too early so luggage was stored and we were able to change in the gym and go to the pool to relax. When the room was available staff came to find us. We also left a mobile charger at home and then, unfortunately, had left the adaptor for the other mobile at the previous property. The staff managed to find the two adaptors we needed to charge and for a uk plug adaptor which we could then return at the end of our stay. How helpful! The hotel is a bit out from Tavira but Ubers are around if you don’t want to drive. The breakfast was very good with dishes being replenished all the time and plenty of choice. We would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you Ozadi Hotel for helping to make our holiday enjoyable.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel, we have previously stayed at the sister hotel in Altura. Everything was perfect, a lovely spacious room, very high standards of cleanliness, cheerful, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, served on the roof terrace, lots of choice including options for those with dietary restrictions. We ate in the Orange restaurant each night - it was just perfect. Staff were helpful, food was delicious and the wine list was just right. Special mention to waiter Gonzalo who was so helpful. It was a little chilly outside so we didn’t use the pool but we were impressed by the early season preparations underway. Special mentions to Cidalia and Luis at reception who were delightful and always helpful.

There were two coffee machines at breakfast but one of them was very temperamental and often out of service.
