Very friendly staff. Nice rooms with enough space, 2 chairs and top quality beds. Good bathroom, large TV. Tea cooker. Large corridors. Closed Parking underneat the hotel.for 5 euro per day. Direct at the shopping centre. When you walk through that, you land at the main entrance of Hospital Luz Arrábida, where I had an operation and my wife could stay in the hotel, the days that I had to stay in the hospital.

Toilet and bidet are só low that I thought they were made for dwarfs. Not too much storage.

Cafe sevice still forgetful but food variety and taste reasonably good . No kettle in room . Would like a list of hotel numbers on phone .we could not order room service as dialling wrong number .Its not 0 but 9 so always got engaged tone

location, cozy bar and lovely attendants specially Renato and Rita which sympathy made all the difference… they were always ready to serve us. The location right in front to Arrabida shopping is exceptional a nice experience to all of us with food court, pharmacy, things to buy, etc… an amazing breakfast, really worth it, with typical sweets from Portugal( pastel de natas!) I brought my mother in law to her country after 48 years living outside Portugal and she loved the place! We stayed twice at this property and we’ll come back, for sure!

The only observation is to pay attention to your clean stuffs cause in our first stay we found a small cockroach at shower

Didn’t stay for breakfast had to get to the airport. Location is very close to a mall & hospital, helpful if you need such things. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, chef’s pizza. Very good enough for two people.

One bed would have been fine. The room came with a double and a twin. I would have liked the extra walking room instead of a bed. But I understand that it would be perfect for three travelers.

We keep coming back to this hotel. Very practical location especially when you have a car! Great room service always available and super nice breakfast. The rooms are confortable and quite and after some years booking local apartments it feels great to come back to professional service ☺️

Great location especially if you go by car as there is a secure garage and also plenty parking space in front. Also it is located next to a large shopping mall so plenty to do and places to eat around. Staff is extremely friendly and breakfasts are delicious and have many super healthy options available.

Overall perfect, have come back as I loved it last time as well.

clean rooms, quiet even though there’s many rooms. there’s a big shopping mall & supermarket right next door which closed at 11pm. convenient to drive & park with their private parking & after go to the center by cab.

Always good value but breakfast too limited .Restaurant food was good and room was reasonable size .

The staffs are so nice and helpful. You can't beat the location, just a few steps away to a shopping mall. 10mins uber ride to Duoro river, one of Porto's tourist destination. Clean room and comfortable room with free coffee. ☺️ Will definitely book again! ❤️ Thank you for a great stay! 5⭐️s
