Great location for access to Vilamoura Marina. Apartment was clean and excellent value for money, with mid stay cleaning provided even on a 5 night stay.

They could put a soft closer on the front door to the block as it slams shut when people come in and out. Wine glasses would be a good idea.

I liked that the staff was very kind and they took direct and right measures when there was a minor issue. The location is absolutely great! A big plus is the airco and once again the location as you are close to restaurants and bars (harbor) but you don't have any of the noise. You are close to the beach and it's a good starting point to go visit other beaches. The cleaninglady was also supernice and we got plenty of clean towels and sheets.

What was a bit less was the quality of the couch in the living room that also purposed as a bed. It seemed a bit older and was not that comfortable. Also we only had a sweeping brush in the appartment, and going to the beach each day brings back alot of sand... so without a vacuumcleaner or something to pick up what you sweep, it is not easy ot get rid of the sand...

Brilliant location - 5 minute walk to Marina. Only 3 minute walk to a local square where restaurants were much cheaper as not on seafront. Beds were very comfortable, and so was the sofa bed, although we couldn't work out how to extend the bed into a double, but it was fine as a single. Hairdryer in bathroom and toilet rolls, shower wash, all provided. Shower was nice and powerful and a good flow of hot water. The apartment opposite and upstairs had fairly noisy people which woke us up very early one of the days. And the front door gives a very loud crash if people just let it swing shut, which most people did! Plus the boiler made a very loud squeaking noise when hot water was used. The pool, which was a short stroll away from apartment looked nice, but we didn't use it. Not sure if any sun loungers were provided. Plenty of parking available outside of apartments. All in all I would recommend a stay at this complex.

Noisy neighbours, but you'd get these in any apartment, just luck of the draw I guess!

The staf was very friendly. We called in advance to say we were on our way to check in at 3 pm. But we arrived way earlier and we could check in earlier this was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The appartement had everything we needed and expected. The airconditioning worked perfectly and the sofa bed was huge for a couch. This took us by surprise and this was good. They provided us with free coffee!

The noise of the toilet was way to loud when you flush. This was annoying at night. Also the curtains were broken so we had to be careful when opening them. There was no sugar for the coffee. That would have been a nice touch to the free coffee!

No information given regarding ‘ how to contact a doctor or emergency services ‘ when there is nobody in the office from 1800hrs in the evening until 010.00 the following morning . In my opinion all this information should be in the apartment at time of arrival.

Perfect location and the pool was lovely.

The air-con didn’t work in the bedroom but this was a minor inconvenience.

Really kind and friendly staff, the pool was clean some had some nice shadows for those really warm days and is really close to the apartment. AC in both living room and in the sleeping room, since we stayed in the lower floor apartment excelent balconies both in the front of the house and backyard with a bit of grass which was excelent for our dog.

Location: 2 minutes walking distance from the Marina and also near the beach. Staff: The cleaning lady was very nice and eficient. I believe her name was Márcia. Pool: Very clean and not too crowded. Peaceful.

There could have more kitchen facilities. There's no dishwasher nor washing machine. And most of all, there's no place to hang wet clothes.

The apartment is in an ideal location for Vilamoura Marina, just a 2minute walk away from an abundance of great bars and restaurants. Considering this there was no noise so a really great position. The swimming pool and surrounding areas were clean and well maintained. The apartment was well equipped with regular towel changes. We stayed in the ground floor apartment so had the added bonus of a terrace and little garden. Would definitely stay here again

A few more Sun loungers around the pool would have been good.

Great location, less than 100m from the Marina. Nice quiet pool area with plenty of loungers. Friendly member of staff met us for a late check-in that we arranged in advance. Coffee pods provided, enough to get us started. Warm and powerful shower.

The sun loungers and table on the balcony were quite dirty and looked like they needed a good clean or replaced. Everything else met our expectations.
