Fantastic apartment with everything we needed. Great facilities on level 4 Perfect for a stay in LA

The parking was a little expensive.

rooms were really nice, the balcony was great. the pool area was really nice and the property never felt really crowded. there were some good options for coffee and food nearby, and a Whole Foods for supplies. staff was pretty nice.

it was weird that you couldn’t go to another floor with your key card - limited only to your own floor and the 4th floor (gym, pool). we had three suites on separate floors and had to take the stairs to get to each other.

The room was great. We also liked the location.

The pool doesn't have sun in the afternoon so it was chilly. Also, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. There are options under the building but that's not the same thing.

bed too firm for me and parking was expensive, but everything else was terrific! Staff was VERY friendly. Will come back!

Check in was quick and efficient. We had an apartment on the 7th floor and it was bright and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The views from the apartment are amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and having the washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus as it meant no washing to do when arriving back home. The pool area is great with table tennis, basketball, roof top cinema etc. also a nice relaxed vibe too, my 14 year old daughter loved it. The location is ideal to travel by Uber or car to all LA sights including Santa Monica, Hollywood hills, Universal and Warner Bros Studios etc. I would definitely return to Level apartments and highly recommend if you want a place to stay where it is not too touristy and you can blend in with the locals.

Excellent location with easy access to a lot of attractions. Breath taking city view from the balcony. Most of the staff were quite helpful and tried as much as possible to accommodate our needs/requests.

Noisy especially in the mornings and evenings. A lot of people in and out. It can take forever to use the lift when you need to. It was disappointing that they did not grant my pre-arrival request for a late departure after a ten(10) day stay. There should be a means of disposing waste/garbage by long staying customers. I do not think it is practical to pay $150 daily to take out the garbage.

The valet parking was good and being close to 110 was easy to get to where we needed in SoCal. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and having a living space makes it so much easier with a family. There are plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner spots nearby and a huge Whole Foods to get what you need for your stay. The kids enjoyed the big outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is huge! They also do rooftop movie nights which we didn't get a chance to do but looked amazing.

The first room we got had not been cleaned properly but a brief call to the front desk and they put us on the floor above and comped our parking for the entire stay, which was a huge plus.

Level Los Angeles is a wonderful place to recover. We enjoyed our stay there so much. In the heart of Downtown, we had short ways in all directions. The pool invited me to relax. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much! The room cleaning is once per week. I would recommend including two cleanings per week for long bookers like us. Of course, you can book by yourself, but if travelers enjoy visiting the city and surroundings, we missed every day the booking. Not a problem but a remark.

The owner did not accept payments with credit cards in digital wallets and did not accept contactless payments with plastic cards and cards in digital wallets. That was a huge problem for me at the beginning of our stay. Thank God, the staff found a solution. Please, we live in a modern, more and more digital world. Accept modern payment solutions with credit cards. It is much safer and more secure for both sites, cardholders, and business owners.

Very nice suite. Was good having 2 bathrooms and a balcony. We made use of the fold out bed as there were five of us staying. The mattress was pretty comfy for a fold out. We loved the outdoor area on the 4th floor. We arrived early and were given access to this area. We were also given access on the day we checked out until we needed to leave for the airport which we also appreciated.

The water pressure was not great and on the last day we had no hot water. We later learned the whole building was without hot water. We had to ask for linen for the fold out bed and for enough towels for everyone. The linen and blanket we were given for the fold out were also pretty old and one sheet had holes in it. Also felt that the place could have been a bit cleaner.
