The ease and friendliness of the front desk staff after an 18 hour drive was refreshing. The young lady was extremely helpful and very quick to get us all settled in. Thank you so much your kindness was very much appreciated and made it so easy to get our three grumpy and overly tired kids settled.

The first day we the pool heater was out and the sauna was not working. However, by the time we checked out Sunday morning the pool was nice and warm. Not sure if the sauna was working.

Rooms were nice. The seating and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size, the television was nice and the hvac was easy to control. The location was great. It was very easy to get to places from the hotel.

There were no USB plugs in the room. We had to buy a box to charge our phones and tablets. Breakfast was poor. There was scorched gravey and no biscuits at 830 am. The shampoo was half used. Kinda gross!

Parking was a little tight. A/C in my room #203 didn't work very well the room was stuffy. The cable box was just laying on the table I had to figure it out plugging it in the wall and the back of the TV. Coke machine on 2nd floor took my $. The Neighbor on the 3rd floor Friday night was Radical we went to the desk and complained it was that bad and the clerk just shrugged us off.

The warm pool, clean comfy beds, great breakfast. Thankful that a restaurant was within walking distance

During the night the handicapped bar by toilet came off wall. They had drywall nails directly in drywall. The holder for the shower wand just broke.

Kelly, at the desk was exceptional. Always answered questions, helped figure out the TV, tried to get the sauna to work. Wonderful attitude, and helpful

Sauna didn't work even though service was done to it prior. Hot tub was out of order.

The employees were phonimal, pool was amazing, my kids had a blast, an we are looking forward to staying again

We enjoyed our stay for 6 days here! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. They had a hot breakfast with a good variety of cold items as well! We did eat at Braums once as well which is right next door and can be walked to. The highway is just down the road and the city of Newton is about 1.5 miles away. There is alot of things to see and do in the area so it's a great place to stay! Sand Creek Golf Course is about 2 miles away and is a great place to spend an afternoon!

The property could be a little cleaner. I did find empty things on the tops of the vending machines and there was laundry left in the laundry room that guests can use. The breakfast area could be kept cleaner. I felt the pet fee per day was a little expensive at $25.00 per pet per day.

Amazing soap! Everything worked in room. Clean. Early evening desk person ( man) was knowledgeable about restaurants and told us about one that we really liked. Thank you!

The breakfast was adequate. The variety was excellent. The staff was wonderful. Meaghan in House Keeping is the perfect customer relations employee.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

Was impressed that Ericka called our room after an hour or so just to check that everything was good! Breakfasts were tasty, too. Overall, very pleasant.
