Everything the staff members are phenomenal I called ahead for an early check in and let them know I was coming in for my daughters 3rd birthday and to my surprise when we arrived she was greeted with balloons a bag full of treats warm smiles and a birthday card signed by all the staff members how cool was that and so memorable. The hotel stay was wonderful everything was clean up to date great lighting in the bathrooms were a plus the hotel restaurant food was good and the overall experience was great it served it's purpose being so close to peppa pig theme park/legoland which I do recommend you take a Lyft or Uber

The pool water had a large amount of nets nit too bad, but they need something to eliminate that from happening.

Not all lights will work in your room. Even if you need towels for the pool by going to the front desk, they won’t restock the pool area with them for at least two hours. You learn to air dry. Hotel advertises Starbucks on-site, but in reality it’s a Starbucks machine that no one knows how to use. The staff does better at mixing alcoholic beverages, than giving you anymore more than an espresso shot. As a hotel across from Legoland, with a bistro with a kids menu… if you have a picky eater, they won’t eat anything here. The pancakes my child wanted was only available in blueberry, but staff specifically stated it came in a bag and needed to be microwaved. Plain wasn’t an option. Which more than likely means, they don’t have a chef/cook on staff.

We spent our family vacation in FL and spent our first night at this hotel. We booked this hotel due to proximity to Legoland. Check-in was seamless and staff was personable, friendly and hospitable. We intended to check-in and go back out to get dinner but didn't have to go anywhere at all once we realized there was a cafe/bar in the lobby. Considering we were tired from a day of travel and it was storming outside, this was PERFECT - bartender was helpful, food was great and we could sit in our own little private booth with a TV for kids to wind down and watch a little TV while mom and dad finished our food and a drink from the bar. Bed & pull-out bed slept perfectly, room was cozy & clean. LOVED having tons of USB charging ports - we needed them for all of our fans for LEGOLAND, and phones/tablets. The drive to Legoland was a hop, skip & jump away. This was definitely much more affordable for us than LEGOLAND resorts options, but honestly it was perfect for us - would 1000% recommend for other family visiting Legoland.

We were there from Monday to Thu . Although told ( more than once in the front desk) that we had a situation in the room with the shower and that we needed them to pick up the wet towels they never entered the room . Yes, they brought towels and left them on the door. The trash cans were full . I know things changed during the pandemia but cleaning is very important

the pool and the rooms were my favorite! beds were so comfy , the pool side was my favorite and the food was amazing! great portions for the food

wish the snacks / food wasn’t a bit overpriced but overall i loved it

Very nice hotel close to Peppa's World and Legoland. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and clean. I used the mini fridge to keep my water cold, which it did. The Bistro was a convenient place to eat. For dinner I had a buffalo chicken sandwich that was decent. Breakfast items were a breakfast sandwich with fruit and a Starbucks coffee. I will stay here again next time I want to visit the parks.

I honestly liked everything about my stay. If I could recommend something, maybe a shuttle to Peppa's World / Legoland. If not a shuttle, a partnership with a transport company. The parks is a 30 minute walk, which is close, but you have to cross a busy road.

The lobby with Christmas tree, bar & seating area was very nice, homey, comfortable. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable, not at all like most hotel beds / pillows..

Very minor, but the bar of soap was too small, more like a sliver of soap.

The food was amazing!!! The room was the cleanest room I’ve ever seen in a hotel!!! Customer service was excellent and very helpful!!! A 5 minute drive from Lego land!!!

Quality, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service throughout the organization. Enjoyed the food and beverage service. Laundry room is top notch. Safe environment, inside and out. Thank you!
