Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and nice . We stayed here to go to LegoLand (which was only about 15 minutes away). Very kid friendly, we traveled with our 5 year old and 2 year old and we had no issues whatsoever. The room was cleaned every time we came back from our long day at the park and we truly appreciated it . We do plan to come back here in the near future.

Check-in with Tracy was quick. Later, when we asked her for a good place to eat dinner, she recommended the Sizzling Griĺl which was excellent. The room was a nice size and the lighting was good. The accessible bathroom was large, and the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast had a nice selection, and there was plenty of seats for everyone. There was also plenty of parking places.

We really appreciated having a nice hotel to stay at for our Legoland trip. The only real issue we had was with the pancake maker. It may have just been operator error but the batter just plopped down. And please excuse my description here but it kinda made for little poop pile pancakes. I was expecting something much different with an automatic pancake maker. Good taste tho! Just need better directions or something to make sure peoples pancakes don't ruin anyone appetite. And thanks to the guy behind the counter for giving me a razor :)) Cheers and I hope to stay at your hotel sometime in the near future!!

Conveniently located. Entire staff was friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. If we travel to this are again we would definitely stay again.

Only two possible negative things to say, which were really not a big issue, was that the toilet in our room had trouble flushing and the bathroom sink drained water very slowly.

The breakfast was really tasty. The staff was very accommodating. The location was awesome; it was within walking distance of IHOP. Kohl's and less than a mile from gas station , supermarket and strip of other stores. We also appreciated having access from the back parking lot. The makeup removing wipe that was provided had my face feeling soft and moist. Tempted to call to get the name of them.

There were some guest that were running around on upper floor after 11 pm one night. The white ants that appeared out of nowhere and covered my breakfast plate that had syrup residue on it was interesting.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Legoland. Parking was easy. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special but appreciated. Our room was clean and the bedsheets were clean and soft. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. We will stay here again if we're in the area.

The bathroom could've been more thoroughly cleaned. It was clear if you looked at the nooks and crannies. The walls are thin so you can hear some noise from the floors above and doors slamming closed in the morning. The A/C was on the louder side but wasn't a huge issue for us.

We enjoyed how convenient the hotel was from Legoland! The room overall was extremely clean and spacious.

1. Everything in the room was very clean as I did the black light test except the toilet. They cleaned the seat but nothing else including the handle. Good thing we had lysol wipes. 2. Breakfast was decent but small & very limited for those with food allergies. Lucky they had soy milk but 90% of the food was not safe.

The Breakfast was great the coffee was awesome Daniel was super nice as well as Shannon i would stay again the rooms was nice AC cold stores was close by pool area was clean dinning area was clean i enjoyed my stay

Everything was ok just some people was in the laundry room having a party we had to wait until the next morning to do our laundry other then that all was great

We had a fine time at your property. Everything was fine. Even the side attraction out the side door. An alligator living in the pond out the east door. Freaked the crap out of me the first time my dog and I saw her though. The maintenance man knew all about her and explained her to me. Very informative She has been there a long time. But ya, had a good experience during our stay Breakfast was well planned an executed. Staff was exceptional. All amenities are in good shape. The whole property was well designed and maintained. Will stay there again.

Very conveniently located. Right next to everything so easy to get around if your not from this area. The staff is amazing. Room clean. I’m a single mom and when I bring my kids somewhere I want to feel safe. I always feel that when I stay here.
