It was fine. We booked it close to airport as we had a an early flight. We called and the shuttle came to pick us up right away from the airport. Also the next morning the shuttle driver took us early before 5am which was very kind of him.

Well the free breakfast didn't help us because our flight was so early. A couple of muffins and some coffee in the lobby for people like us who had an early start would've been welcome.

Fantastic location for travellers heading to and from the airport. Rooms were clean and quiet.

As an airport hotel, I'd expect the in-house restaurant to be open across broader hours than they were, just to accommodate travellers conveniently. Nonetheless, there are plenty of food options a short walk away.

Fine for an overnight stay between flights. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited by Covid requirements. If you walk out the front door and turn left, you will find the “Airport Center,” a small mall with some restaurants including Hawaiian BBQ (takeout only). There are also some fast-food restaurants there. The pool area is clean and nice, the pool larger than at a lot of hotels. When we called from the airport for the shuttle, it came quickly. Shuttles to the airport run every hour from the hotel.

Noisy, but I guess that’s to be expected when you’re located on a busy highway. We chose it for convenience to the airport and their shuttle service.

10 minute walk from the airport plus they have a free airport shuttle. It’s a good place to stay either on your first night or your last night of your trip so you’re close to the airport for your flight out or upon arrival.

Very good breakfast in the morning but make sure you get there early and give yourself enough time because it gets crowded. So if you have a tour booked or you’re gonna catch a flight in the morning make sure you get down there early so you can have a leisurely breakfast.

The building itself is quite old and some things such as the plumbing and AC show their age, but the staff is top notch, has most of he amenities you’d want at this price point, and the choices and quality of the free breakfast is the best I’ve seen at this price point especially in a pricey area such as Honolulu. I’m a gym rat and this one is okay for such places.

My AC fan was noisy and the tub drain couldn’t handle full shower pressure but I’ve also experienced this elsewhere and at this price point was acceptable, and again, the staff more than made up for this.

Free shuttle to the airport was good to have.

The breakfast was really good and offered a variety of items. Bed was comfortable.

The person I spoke to on the phone was not very friendly. I arrived at the airport in Honolulu and booked a room at your hotel. I called there to make arrangements for the free shuttle that you offered. The lady on the phone seemed to be irritated that I couldn’t find the area quickly to meet the shuttle. She said to look for a blue and white sign. The sign was actually black and white. I think the people who work at the front desk need to be more patient with visitors who come into your city. Most of us have never been to your airport before.

This isn’t as swanky as the Waikiki resorts - a portion of the property is literally underneath a highway overpass! - but it’s all about location. If you’re looking for a clean, reasonably priced room that is perfectly positioned near the airport and Pearl Harbor, this is the best choice. The airport shuttle is terrific. The only thing that would be better is if they had a similar free shuttle to Pearl Harbor because that’s probably the destination for a goodly portion of the occupants.

Road noise from the highway, although not too bad once your door is shut. LOUD AC. This isn’t an opulent beachfront resort. It does the job.
