Always clean , never had any issue with “bad guest” , I’ve worked at 3 hotels in Fort Wayne ( not this one ) but for the price , you get amazing service from check in to check out . It’s right by so many places if you need anything . If traveling it’s right off the highway . Breakfast was so good , I love they change it up with the hot food they serve . The workers were all nice and helpful . Pool is always clean & warm . I loved that they had guest washer & dryer ( not many hotels have them these days ) and it was clean as well . My kids and I live in Fort Wayne & we like to get a room every once in awhile & go swimming . Sidenote : I also liked that I was able to pay $100 deposit in cash , so I didn’t have to wait so long for the money to be released back into my account .

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property . My only issue I ever had was I was accidentally charged twice . Once by booking & then again at property , but like mentioned before , I’ve worked in hospitality , so I totally get it . It’s an easy mistake that can happen with 3rd party booking . I was hoping it would just fall off like the deposit & I waited to make sure it even went thru before saying anything & the gentleman who accidentally did it , was so nice and apologized & helpful . I know typically only managers can issue a refund , but he made sure to take all the information down & pass it along & helped the most he could .

We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the room. Coffee was great! The beds were super comfortable and we loved that we could bring our dog! The staff was so helpful and friendly. It made the stay very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

The room had a huge red stain on the carpet and my son found some popcorn under the mattress. The remote got stuck on some channels and towards the end of our stay the room developed a really awful odor. Because we had a dog and a child I did document all this and told the staff. They were very nice and said we wouldn't be charged for anything. Still a great stay!

Our room was huge! I booked a suite since we had our adult child with us and it gave us all our own space. When booking I thought the price was a bit high, but I understood after seeing the room. The bedroom area had a sitting space on one side, a king bed, and there was still a lot of space. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. If we are ever in the area again for an overnight stay I would definitely look at this hotel again.

The open concept of the upper floor and the lobby is nice, but not if you're trying to sleep. The door to the room faced out onto the lobby/breakfast area. If you wanted to sleep in and had your bed near the door, that would be difficult as you can hear all the conversations and laughter going on downstairs.

Very clean, updated appearance, good location.

The gentleman that was in charge of breakfast the morning of our checkout was rude. The drink machine kept popping the breaker/switch and he had to keep resetting it. The guests would go to use the machine and he yelled at them, my husband being one of the ones he yelled at, because they just needed to wait a minute and he would fix it in a minute. He was rude and short with each guest he interacted with, whether they were using the drink machine or not, the entire time we were in the breakfast area.

I felt my partner was being racially profiled. We arrived together checked in together went to breakfast together on Friday. Saturday however he went alone. He asked for assistance with the waffle machine and the response was what room is he staying in..nobody else was asked that question. My partner felt embarrassed as this was said in front of other guests

I LOVED absolutely everything about this hotel! After an extremely abysmal and disgusting experience at another local hotel for the first two nights I was in town, I booked this hotel same day and was surprised they had availability. The young lady that was @ the front desk the night I checked in, was an absolute riot - like in the best way possible! Super outgoing, chatty, and an absolute great way to start my stay there! The hotel and facilities have been updated/renovated recently and it shows! The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location of the hotel is by a major hospital; commercial shopping strip malls; easy access to major interstates; and the most important thing to me was - I felt SAFE in this area as a single, female traveler! They even have a dedicated area for your pets to go outside and do their business with great lighting and waste pick-up. My room was perfect for me - located off the lobby; (surprisingly!) quiet; extremely clean; good sized; comfortable bed/mattress; & whoever they worked with when they updated/renovated this facility has great taste when it comes to the hotel and room decor! And as weird as this may sound but they took care to even make my room SMELL nice - light, clean, not overpowering scent that was noticeable during my entire stay. I cannot remark to their other amenities (i.e. pool, workout room, etc.) as I did not utilize those during my stay, but I did overhear other patrons remarking how nice they were during breakfast one morning... Every single staff member I encountered was quite friendly and helpful and they were very respectful of me and my dogs as well! The continental breakfast was off the charts in my opinion - lots of options (hot & cold) and tasty! This hotel is where I will be staying any time I come to Fort Wayne and was exactly how I feel patrons/travelers should be treated. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The rooms were very clean! They look great and were very comfortable. We were able to relax and had a great stay. The breakfast was plentyful and very good. Evertthing was very clean. The staff was attentive and made sure we wer comfortable and let us know they were available if we needed anything.

I dont think there was anything we did not like about our stay. We have nothing bad to say about our stay there. Again we were very comfortable and were able to relax and enjoy our stay.

Staff was PHENOMENAL! Breakfast was good, room was spacious and super comfortable. Everything was clean, and the service was absolutely amazing. There is a washer and dryer on site AND first time users get a FREE load of laundry cleaned once you download the app! Seriously One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! I’d give 100 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had enough choices for our needs. The staff was friendly and it was nice to have a change from the previous hotel (different brand but similar cost) in Steubenville OH. That made this hotel shine even brighter.

The room next door had a large dog that barked more than necessary. In addition, the TV remote did not work very well. I suspect the batteries need to be changed.

The room was nice and comfortable with lots of space, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were attentive and helpful. We had a great stay and have already booked another stay for August.

The front desk staff seemed to be stretched a bit thin. Don't get me wrong, they took good care of the guests but always seemed a bit stressed and weren't always the most friendly. But overall, they did a good job.
