The beds were very plush and comfortable. Loved the mural on the wall of the stadium. Breakfast was pretty good. Appreciated having almond milk as an option to choose from. Boiled eggs was nice also. Appreciated the night light next to the hair dryer.

No place to hang towels around the sink. The toilet seat did not fit correctly on the toilet which caused the door to bump it opening and closing. Did not have any cold cereals that were not sweetened. Had apples and oranges but no other fresh fruit. We had a no smoking room, but it still smelled smokey. Must have been from all the smoking going on outside... I don't know.

The shower was bigger than normal. It was nice not stepping into a tub. They also sold alcohol beer and wine at the front desk.

There was no elevator and there is on one staircase. I had to make several trips up the stairs with my luggage and my cooler. Also the bed was too soft for me.

A very comfortable stay. Just what we needed for our family homecoming weekend. We were arriving very late in the evening and called to confirm our room would be held. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. Our check in was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bathrooms with useful amenities stocked - shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The room had a dorm-size refrigerator, microwave and in room coffee/tea service. the two rooms were connected with an adjoining door - as requested.

The room was very dry. If there was some way to provide a bit of moisture in the air - that would be a welcome addition.

Chris, the night clerk was exceptionally friendly and professional. The beds were super comfy with pillow top cushions on the mattress. The rooms are clean. It is a great deal for the price.

Daily breakfast is served but it seemed like it was missing some things. There were toppings for oatmeal but no oatmeal, etc.

Facility was located in a convenient area, safe, was well lit. It was well maintained, quiet, clean, great mattress and pillows, nice breakfast and was a good value! Would choose to stay there again on my next visit.

This is a little picky, but it was difficult to completely darken the room from the outside parking lot lights with the drapery in the room.

Liked the corner suite. Liked the location of hotel near family in Okemos.

Breakfast was sub par. No fruit or juice of any kind. Poor cereal choices. Also, key cards kept sapping out...happened 2x in the 4 nights there. Kept an 85 year old and his 7 year old great granddaughter waiting out in chilly weather to get it rectified.

There is a lady at check-in that is just suer nice and welcoming, I don't remember her name but she is married to a police officer. The place is old and worn down but clean and the value is great. The breakfast is decent.

The breakfast was nice, some boiled eggs, cold cereal, make your own waffles, instant oatmeal, muffins and bagels, yogurt, toppings for the yogurt, and what I really loved was a non dairy milk for the lactose intolerant people.

Chris was awesome, he was kind and quick to put me in a clean and comfortable room! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was exceptionally clean! Great shower pressure

Continental breakfast wasn’t the best. Duvet on bed was not buttoned, and you could tell the sheets were microfiber. Still fantastic mattress and pillows!!!!

Price, breakfast and wonderful staff!

Unruly guests that were over us the first night ( We stayed two). Had a leak in the bathroom over the toilet getting you wet ( was raining really hard that night). All and all we had a pleasant stay The second night was great.
