The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is a great bonus.

I have stayed at this property three times when visiting my family. The last two times, something has not been working properly in my room. The last time, in February, the toilet didn't work and got clogged. We waited all day, and they couldn't get it fixed, so we had to move rooms. This stay, the water pressure was horrible—so low that I could barely get the soap out of my hair. One more thing: get new furniture in the lobby; it is dirty.

The staff was awesome. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Hot tub was nice, clean and hot. Pool area was nice and clean. The price was great. Of all the weekend places we have stayed this was our favorite. We stayed there due to having tickets to do the steamboat ride. We will easily stay again if we come to that area again

Lack of water pressure! Staff shouldn't be sitting outside at all times smoking beside the doorway!! Needs new carpeting in the hallway, it's actually so uneven and worn that it's unsafe. The room decor needs updating and brighter LED light bulbs in all lamps.

Loved that first floor ADA room, even though we didn’t request it, but popped up online at a very reasonable price. Modern, clean, & roomy. Nice, quiet, friendly, & great location. THNX!

Had to buzz for desk help every time needed to talk (2X’s) with someone (6pm). Staff out front smoking. Regular coffee pot empty during am (7:15) breakfast. But these are minor issues ti me.

The room

The hot water wasn’t working properly. The hot tub got shut down due to poopy dipper in it. The pool was cold due to hot water issues I’m guessing. There were several roudy groups of kids and parents that were in the pool that didnt have a room, because I saw them walk out the side door to the pool and get in there vehicle and leave the property. Kinda of annoying!

It was very nice for a one night stay. It’s difficult to make good comments when you are only there for less than 24 hours.

The only problem was I had a large silverfish (thousand legged), on the wall over the television. Not the hotels fault as there is a river nearby and these bugs love water. It helped to get me out and on the road😁

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was very good with many choices including fresh fruit. Breakfast staff was very nice and they kept the food area full. There was plenty of tables to eat your breakfast.

The water backed up in our bathtub when I took a shower and still had not drained completely when we left in the morning. The gentleman at the front desk noted this to be taken care of.

The beds are very comfortable & clean, and clean smelling.

The lighting in the bathroom leaves a little bit to be desired. I've stayed there numerous times & have noticed that they could use some more brightness, like maybe an extra set of lights so it could be as bright as needed or even not so bright like at night. Also the bathrooms could use an exhaust fan....for moisture-retaining & otherwise.

Location was good, didn’t use the pool, telephone in room did not work, breakfast was good

I am Canadian, thought I was paying in Canadian funds on my credit card . I have an American fund credit card- would have used it as it was more expensive using my Canadian fund card!!!

Very clean room and friendly staff. Nice peaceful stay.

Our roomed was cleaned with lavender products which we are not found of but it made it clear that the room was clean and the smell faded away after we turned on the air. Sausage and eggs were cold at Breakfast
