This is a nice, basic accommodation for an overnight on the road. The location is excellent with a good restaurant an easy walk across the parking lot. Clean, quiet room and bath, comfy beds, YV and AC worked great. Fridge and microwave worked well. The icemaker was broken so Management bought ice, bagged it into small, one travel mug sizes and gave us each a couple. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The gal at check in was new but SO pleasant and accommodating, as was the manager and the man restocking breakfast. Gold stars all around.

Excellent location very close to the highway but not noisy. Small but well appointed clean room. staff was friendly and helpful. comfortable bedding.

two minor criticisms: Bath towels were rough and absorb little water. when you exit the elevator, suggest a sign indicating which number rooms are to the right or left

We stay here on every trip to Parkersburg. It is easy to access. Close to places to eat..The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean.

The Carpets were all stained. Only have waffles and cereal for Breakfast. Fruits are all snatched up by work crews for their lunches.

Great value. I couldn't ask for much more from a value hotel. It was clean, quiet, has free wifi, good selection of TV channels, free breakfast, and convenient location right off the high way. We stayed while passing through town on a road trip. Theres a pizza place and a Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot. There is a walmart about 5 minutes down the road. If we are ever traveling through this area again, I'd stay here again!

When we got up for breakfast we noticed the juice and coffee machines had signs that there was a boil water order in effect. I wish this would've been communicated on check-in or something. Luckily we had bottled water with us and hadn't consumed the tap water but unknowing travellers may have used the water in the room for drinking, to make baby bottles, or to prepare food and been surprised to see the signs in the breakfast room. I have no idea how common boil orders are in this town but if you tend to consume tap water I'd say it's worth asking on check in if it's safe to do so!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Manager a bit upset that we had our service dog with us. I usually try to get a pet friendly hotel. Toilet seat in room broken. Only reason we will not stay again is because we travel with our service dog.

Beds extremely comfy, clean facility and real nice staff. I’ll stay here again on my travels to WV.

I’m not really a breakfast person but it suited my taste. I am mostly a coffee drinker. The room was clean and comfortable. Attendants were friendly.

There was nothing I did not like. My husband would have preferred some eggs and sausage but I made him a waffle.

Great location for our trip, having a chair and hassock in the room is great! Clean and comfortable room. Stayed on the return trip and will stay again!

Fan in bathroom broken ...hated not venting the shower steam...

Location was next to interstate, check in was easy and desk clerk was helpful, room was clean and comfortable, parking was convenient
