The room was very cozy very nice and clean sheets everything and his lovely have a microwave because you can warm your food up without going on the first floor to warm your food and time you get to your room your food be cold we don't need that please bring the microwave back in every room

Every floor should have ice machine instead going on a third floor for it and it would be nice if you had a sewing machine too and don't forget about the same machine or every floor too you losing money I'm going to be honest don't nobody want to ride all we at Wawa's and get anything if you have all them things you don't have anything to worry about

The check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and personable. The days that we came were during a very busy time of training children, which meant i was coming from a very busy and loud environment. To be able to come into the hotel and enjoy the peacefulness in the lobby and the hallways was PRICELESS.

The carpets in the hallways definitely could use replacing. Outside of updates of that type (and a microwave) I had no issues.

Sleep Inn was a great experience! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a fantastic value for the price and I would highly recommend Sleep Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Second time staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it is our favorite hotel in Bensalem. Clean, great rooms, friendly staff. The lobby was clean and with nice decor. We will be back next summer! The only problem we ran into was the staff at the front desk recommending restaurants. We walked to two different ones to find out both were closed due to some reason. We ended up at a restaurant right across the street from the hotel. Otherwise, the guy at the front desk helped us. Nice and well-appointed staff running the place.

One of the standout features of my stay was undoubtedly the quality of sleep I was able to get. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. My stay at Sleep Inn Bensalem was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to rest during their travels.

A truly hidden gem! First, when you walk in, the hotel is extremely spacious. Second, when you check into your room, the light features are beautiful, the mirror is elegant. Third, when you lie on bed, the mattress is so comfortably sturdy and thick, you don't feel a thing when your partner moves! Fourth, when you walk into the shower, you have the luxury of taking shower in the cleanest shower. Fifth, the towels and the room are like brand new! We stayed only one night, but we'll definitely come back on next trip!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and well taken care of. The front desk was always willing to help with anything and when we passed a staff member anywhere in the hotel, they said hello and asked if we needed anything. We have traveled all over the world and honestly cannot remember the last time we had an experience like this. Room wise we were also very impressed. I have very high standards when it comes to the cleanliness of a room and I couldn't find a single thing "wrong" here.

Bed was clean and room was orderly. Having stayed a few nights here, I had no real complaints with the room. AC was functional. Blinds blocked out exterior lighting. Bathroom was orderly.

Breakfast is limited, and can get tiresome after day two. Room itself is also a little small.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites, Bensalem and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The lobby was modern and welcoming. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

The location was pretty convenient to restaurants gas station and close to shopping. Breakfast and staff was great.

There were screws and wall dust around the closet as if it was just put it but the door and baby scribble on it. The lamps next to the bed didn’t work. The carpet felt moist
