Staff was great! Location was great! Breakfast was good. Room was ready when we got there and check in was quick.

I prefer to have housekeeping to check the room every day and replenish towels and toiletries and empty trash in room. I don’t feel they need to make the bed daily or do a thorough cleaning but small stuff would be appreciated. I know some people want everyone to stay out of the room until they check out but I disagree.

Great choices were available in the complimentary breakfast. They constantly restock with fresh replacements. There are good options available for everyone in the family. The beds are comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and clean.

We liked everything about our stay. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our requests. Our overall experience of the whole stay was very pleasant.

Large quiet room, very comfortable bed with nice pillows, lots of vanity space around the sink, great shower (good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, a grab bar and 2 handy shelves). Price was reasonable compared with other similar lodging in the area. Chris at the front desk was very helpful.

This property continues the outdated practice of putting a decorative pillow on the bed. Guests tend to put these pillows on the floor and it’s very unsanitary to then set them on freshly laundered sheets. Almost all hotels have stopped doing this and this one should too. If they change this practice, we’d stay again.

The staff was quick and extremely welcoming. The bed felt amazing and we were excited to see a bath tub for our daughter instead of the usual shower.

There was almost no internet connection and every vending machine was out of order. The ac unit also felt a bit off, it was often warm and muggy unless we set it to mid 60s.

eggs not too tasty need bananas and walnuts with oatmeal want some boiled eggs and pancake drinking water was not there hot water for tea is way too up - cant see if the cup is full- risk of scalding restroom area has some plumbing problems

The location was perfect for us! And everything was clean and tidy! The staff was also very kind and helpful.

The pool was VERY cold at the beginning of our stay. I believe it got fixed while we were there and it started to warm up, just not enough for us to get in. The hot tub was broken and lukewarm the whole time. The room keys had to be redone several times.

Bed very comfortable & many places to sit. Enjoyable stay! Benches outside? I think it is a great idea and there is enough room.

I didn’t get towels changed at all while I was there & no coffee. Also when I put in your name the site automatically sent me to Bookings.com and I wasn’t able to get the military discount you offer. I was counting on that so very disappointed.

The breakfast was always well stocked and fresh. The hours are very convenient. The room was very spacious for the price and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

We liked everything about our overall experience at this hotel. The breakfast area is well furnished and the TV brings a good experience to that area throughout the day.

The hotel was really nice and enjoyed the big room. I like the fact that I had a shower chair in our room so it made it convenient to help me.

I booked my room online and didn't like the repeated phone calls from staff asking if we were staying or needing to cancel. When I told the guy that we were at a competition late and just trying eat dinner. He kept reacting himself asking if we were wanting to still stay.

Everything was very clean and quiet and the staff were all very helpful and polite. Breakfast items were restocked quickly and the dining room was kept clean. 9.5/10 will definitely book again!

The pool was too cold and needed to be cleaned and the spa wasn't working at all. Possibly had a filter down.
