This Hyatt Place is relatively new and nice, with the room and furniture all in good condition. The room was really large. The bed and the couch were both comfortable. I like that there was a shelf behind the sink in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes and some waffle or french toast option every morning for hot breakfast, and yogurt, berries, cereal and/or fruit for other options. I also thought the staff were very friendly and helpful at this hotel. They always greeted us when we came in or came down for breakfast, and were efficient and helpful at check-in. Wifi was good too at this hotel.

It would be nice if they had usb plugs for charging at the bedside table. But at least they had available plugs there. Otherwise I have nothing to complain of. I recommend this Hyatt.

Clean and relatively new facilities. Reception is friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Gym was clean, decent size and always open. Restaurants within walking distance.

Toiletries are not available in the room (except for soap and shampoo) but you can ask reception if you need anything. There’s no room service but there’s a small restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Housekeeping is only upon request. There is no safe inside the rooms. Room’s facing the street are a bit loud. Breakfast ends at 9am.

The location has multiple choices of shopping and restaurants. It was exciting. The breakfast is great. The rooms are roomy and neat. Great place for a family stay. Loved the simplicity and the kind staff. We stayed for 6 nights, and it is something we would recommend to others and want to do it again. I am in fact an architect and have designed hotels and the room size is unbeatable. The fact that they have self-service laundry makes staying with kids easier.

The breakfast variety is great but it could have been different for different days. Equal housekeeping attention should be given to common areas as well.

When first entering the Hyatt to check in I felt welcomed. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. He took care of any concerns that I had. The Hyatt is just as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. Our stay was very relaxing. Even though the hotel was pet friendly and I saw pets I didn't hear them which was a plus. When checking out the lady at the counter was very polite and asked me about my stay and if I had any concerns. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The mattress wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked.

I really appreciated the employees kindness and even helpfulness towards my stay. They made me feel real comfortable, and the rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast the next morning with such a variety to choose from, it was all worth it, I will be staying again, thank you for everything!

The only thing I didn't like and it's very mynute, I'm disabled and my husband wasn't able to travel with me, the parking for handicap is very minimum, and I couldn't find a convenient ramp to get to my car, that was my only struggle, and I should had requested for my room a handicap equipped restroom , but everyone was so helpful at the time so it's really a very good place to stay

We loved the place and extended the stay longer. Very clean rooms, commons areas, quiet place, and very friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bathrooms. AC working nicely.

Good breakfast but food and coffee are gone too early. Would be nice if they have more amount available until the serving time is over (not 30 minutes before).

Rooms were clean, nice size and with a lovely sectional; very attractive setting. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff were all excellent and kind. Came for mother’s funeral and they were so accommodating & supportive during a difficult time. The lobby is very nice and provided a good place for family to gather. Because of CoVid we didn’t receive housekeeping services, though would have provided if we asked; it was fine the way it was. Did bring clean towels etc. Continental breakfast was great; much better than we expected, and very CoVid-conscious. Only area needing improvement: their ironing boards. They were horrid! Top is metal and had ridges, which placed ridges on anything ironed; I was really taken aback esp for such a nice hotel. The pad was only a piece of cloth covering which was subpar, & had to stuff towels under “pad” which was awkward while ironing & still didn’t allow for a smooth surface. They did bring a new one but it was exactly the same. Everything else was perfect. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff.

I had a schedule to stay two nights. I had to cancel one night and the staff told me that I needed to let them know in the morning before 12:00 and I did and I was trying to get a refund and they ignored me on this matter and they told me I needed to call elsewhere and I called back to let them know and they did not return my call. Very dissatisfied in this matter and I'm kind of not wanting to stay with you all anymore if the one I do come back to Dallas in the Allen location

Very quik check in. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and staff

Refrigerator cabinet door opens awkwardly. You have to move desk chair to open but the worst thing about our stay was side door to parking lot was right by our room and was SLAMMING shut everytime it was used.
