The pool wasn’t clean

The property was Clean and the customer service was great The bad thing I didn’t like is that booking.com didn’t send the information of my reservation and we had to wait more than an hour calling booking customer service and trying to find my reservation that was not in the system. The manager of the hotel was very nice, we had to comunícate twice with booking customer service. They wanted to reacomodate us in a different hotel but I didn’t want to because the Delta Center was across the street where the concert will be performed. The only option was to cancel the reservation and the manager from The hotel help us to get a new reservation and she gave us a free parking ticket. I had to spend more than I expected. We were happy with our rooms but it was not fear to spend more for the mistakes of booking.com

Everything was great with the room! I liked that as a girl there were extra towels and face washcloths.

The breakfast ended at 10am and when my daughter and I got downstairs at 9:30am everything was gone! Even the oatmeal container was scraped clean. Hard boiled eggs were gone, nothing was left except for bagels, which I am unable to have due to gluten intolerances. Bummed that there weren't more options for us, but we found a restaurant close by.

The suite rooms with the kitchen and couch area are excellent. Comfy bed, nice shower, had dishes, dishwasher, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Perfect place to stay when you want to just relax indoors for the night. Free breakfast was pretty good. Very centrally located too. Was exactly what I was looking for.

The hotel didn't offer room service. The surrounding area is also somewhat unsafe, and the parking sticker they gave us read "Park at your own risk." Nothing terrible though.

It was clean and centrally located. Bag storage was a breeze and room Was pleasant.

The entrance was strangely located on the side of the building. (Not much y’all can do about that :)). We were locked out of the hotel itself when looking at the pool so we had to figure out how to get back in- the hot tub jets were not working, and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel- the chance to relax in the hot tub

Clean. Modern. Upscale.

Wish it was an indoor pool or that the outdoor pool was given an overhaul to make it a lil more luxurious, but I understand it’s more a meeting place and conference facility, coffee was terrible (rarely hot and bland) otherwise this is a great place to stay (honestly I’m nitpicking)

Staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and tidy.

We didn’t like after a very long and tiring trip that our room was not ready and after a wait of 30 minutes we asked for another room. The staff did this for us with no problems. The other thing is, it says there is a restaurant, but it’s just a franchise takeaway set up, but the food was good.

How nice and spacious it was. The view was excellent!!

The bathroom stunk. I don’t know if it was the drain or not enough ventilation but I had to keep the door shut and I didn’t know if I could stand it very long. And no hand wash dish soap. I would have washed the one cup I used but not a whole load for that one. The only soap that was there was dishwasher soap.

1. Close location for my needs. 2. Very gracious staff members. 3. Quiet. 4. Computers available. 5. Room temp good. 6. Clean and functional room. 7. Breakfast choices excellent.

For my taste/expectations: 1. No restaurant for lunch or dinner. 2. Ice machine on my floor did not work. 3. Strange snack purchase area. No Utah souvenirs, newspapers, etc… 4. Better communication is needed with Taxi/transportation companies. Twice, my taxi/Uber couldn’t find the hotel. Lack of SIGNAGE? Most likely since the entrance is right by a public parking entrance.

The room was awesome! Far exceeded my expectations! Very clean and the breakfast had a lot of options. I appreciated the kitchen and living room areas. If I needed to stay an extended period of time, I would definitely consider this option, especially with all that was provided in the kitchen.

They need a service elevator! At the very least, make sure the guests have priority over the carts. It was pretty frustrating coming back from the concert and unable to get on the elevator because staff was loading carts and only a couple people were getting on at a time. The line was fairly long and it took a couple elevator trips before everyone was able to get to their rooms. Next time, especially when you have a lot of people waiting, the carts should wait vs guests.
