I liked how I could go in the back entrance with my room key and not have to interact with anyone. Also liked they always had coffee out near the front.

The restaurant was still closed. However the hotel was very good at communicating this ahead of time to manage expectations. I didn’t think the bed was comfortable and the bed pillows were smaller and I felt like I needed one or two more. The bed was hard and I couldn’t get much sleep. I stayed in a suite but really didn’t think that it was worth the extra cost. It had a second bathroom so that’s why I went with it. I don’t think other than that I’d consider it a suite type room. It seemed basic other than the second bathroom.

The hotel was very nice. A short drive from some good restaurants and the highway. We used the bus to get to Seattle and that was the best decision (we were there the weekend of Taylor Swift and Blue Jays so downtown Seattle was nuts). The bus is about an 8 minute walk from the hotel towards the highway overpass, climb the stairs in the parkade and then cross over the highway (overpass) and the bus is right there and costs $3.25/adult and kids are free. Runs regularly and was super convenient - so glad we didn't have to deal with parking in Seattle. The staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful and nice. It was clean. There was parking available. Breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast - I saw some complaints online about it before we went and I think people just need to set their expectations appropriately for an 'included' hotel breakfast - there were lots of options (boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, bagels, pastries, 2 waffle makers, eggs, bacon/sausage (alternating days), juice, coffee/tea, oatmeal, cereal and I'm probably forgetting some stuff); I did have the chance to observe the crush of people who tried to all get their breakfast 15 minutes before closing time and I expect those folks probably didn't get everything they wanted but we were down there at varying times during our stay and had no issues. The front desk staff were super helpful in figuring out the bus system (even though they didn't ride it themselves) and were really responsive to any requests we had (e.g. an extra blanket).

Eldar, the young receptionist, is very accommodating. He is very nice and very approachable. He always smiles, and he always greets people. He always asked if we were happy with our stay and if everything was OK.

Unfortunately, the other receptionist, they don't even bother to look at the guest when they passed them in the lobby. No greetings, unless the quest will greet them. It would be great to have a very accommodating, very welcoming and very warm receptionist. The cleaners that are assigned on the 3rd floor are very nice. They always smile and say hi. Salute to the cleaners for the job well done. Overall, we had a great time. The place is very accessible to a lot of things. There are lots of restaurants in the area, less traffic and not very crowded compared to downtown Seattle.

The location was excellent, the hotel itself was beautiful, and the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was far better than we were expecting. It was very good. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

There were just a few things that were of minor annoyance. The toilet took a little cajoling to get it to flush, and the parking lot was just a little tight. The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient; however, he was looking at his phone while checking us in and had his phone close to our credit card. I'm sure he wasn't recording our information, but it was a little off-putting. It possibly is something that could be a part of coaching for employees.

The hotel is EXTREMELY clean. Cleaning staff working constantly. The front desk staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. I had to do laundry and they have a washer and dryer available AT NO CHARGE! We had a huge room with 2 queen beds, a twin pullout and a kitchenette. We loved it! I also loved the FREE PARKING. This is a luxury in Seattle. We will be making this hotel our permanent go to in Bellevue.

Corporate needs to get the ON SITE restaurant back in business. I really would have liked the convenience this would have offered even if it was just to get a cocktail at the end of a long day. Get it done!!

king bed is good, mattress is good. Feeling comfortable with cleanliness in a room. Breakfast is good ,

a bit noisy from highway cause our window is facing the highway. Acceptable on Friday night. Washroom ventilation fan is not working. i noticed there is a sprinkling system inside the washroom so i opened the door right after getting out of the tub. Talked to the front desk, he said it is automatic ? It is a heat light with fan but only the light is working. Anyway we have 2 more person for using it and keep the washroom door open a bit. ( worry to trigger the sprinkling because of the steam from shower )

We have stayed at this hotel for about 5 years now when we come to Seattle when it was SILVERCLOUD, Very cool that now they use the old restaurant they had in hotel as the area where breakfast is now served, also heard the new owner is 22 and that he kept all the employees and gave them substantial raises! Absolutely love that! Location is absolutely the best right next to freeway, yet still quiet! Rooms so nice and clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

I think someone might have burnt popcorn in their microwave in their room at 1030 pm the first night we were there fire alarms 🚨 went if and the fire department came, everything was cleared after about 40 min and we got to go back in out rooms.

The staff were so helpful, nice, and efficient. It was a very busy weekend (Taylor Swift concert and a Bluejays vs. Mariners game) but our wait time to check-in was minimal. Keyrani provided us with more help than we could have even hoped for after our previous hotel reservation was canceled because they overbooked. The location of Eastgate is extremely convenient, it is right off I-90, but we heard no road noise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast looked and smelled great, although we didn't eat it. We will absolutely stay here again!

The room was very clean. It had a nice smell. Sometimes hotels have a strange smell, this place did not. It had a pleasant clean smell, but not too strong. The breakfast was good. Nice size room, very comfortable. A bit too pricey for me, but I understand you get what you pay for generally speaking. We were celebrating our anniversary, and just wanted a night away in a nice hotel. I just wish we could have stayed longer, but we couldn't afford the price.

If I was going to stay longer, I would definitely expect a pool for the price, which they did not have.

We were upgraded without being notified. I'm not sure if that was dumb luck or a mistake. I know they had some groups in, so perhaps we got lucky by reserving at the last minute? In any case, I loved the escalated experience! I knew we had a better room (King Suite) than I purchased (King Room) when I walked in. It was a suite with TWO bathrooms and two big screens. Ny favorite thing was that the bed was super comfortable! The room was very clean! Thanks to the upgrade, it was more room than we expected! I loved everything about my stay. The desk personnel was super courteous and helpful. I wish that Nine-O was not closed. It looked like it would have been a plus. Nevertheless, the room was fantastic.
