Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with lots of choices hot or cold. Good proximity to downtown and the highway. A/C worked fine and was a quieter updated version than I'm used to. Loved the convenience of having the large mini fridge and a microwave.

In room coffee was horrible. Don't bother. Just walk down to the breakfast room and get some, even in your pajamas. Seemed a bit pricey for our midweek stay, but could just be the area.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The facilities were clean. Great place. The windows opened, which was great for fresh air on the nice days. Breakfast had great options.

The AC/heating was a bit old. So it was hard to balance between getting very hot and very cold in the room. Also the door to my room stuck quite a bit. So it was hard to open. Need to be clear that you can't do stairs, and double check right before you head out on your reservation for getting the right floor for handicap accessible options.

Staff was great, guy at front desk was incredibly friendly, funny, helpful and kind. Pool was spacious and kids loved that there was actually toys .

R oom was fine, but could hear loud room above us. Talking, jumping stomping at midnight

Easy walking distance to town. Easy access to main roads. staff was responsive. The light over the sink in the bathroom was out so we changed rooms. we also added a day and they were able to accommodate. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Quiet & clean.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Rooms are clean and nice and a great size.

The shower pressure could have been a lot stronger and there is not an ice machine on the lower floor.

Great location and facilities! There was lots of parking available. They were flexible about letting us stay one day longer that previously scheduled. The hotel is walking distance from downtown Walla Walla so we didn't need to worry about driving/parking anywhere.

Room service needing to be requested. We thought it would be provided on a daily basis like other hotels.

Love that this property is pet friendly and in a calm chill way. the morning breakfast was delicious and way more than I was expecting. all the staff was so nice and helpful!

The beds were a little hard but I mean maybe we are just getting old. 🤷‍♀️😂

Friendly staff at front desk during late arrival (10pm), very diligent and polite catering lady at breakfast keeping everything stocked and spotlessly clean, spacious room with good 'extras' e.g. a fridge (useful when road tripping) and ice machine. Air con very efficient. We both said how well we slept.

Decor and carpets a bit dated and in need of a re-vamp. A few stains on the duvet which I was pleased I didn't spot until morning. Huge amounts of waste produced at breakfast with disposable plates, cups, cutlery etc - hoping this is just a precaution during the pandemic as environmentally terrible when no longer necessary.

Great location, pretty spot, very clean, good breakfast, friendly to dogs.

Light is ver the bathroom sink was out, and the bathroom fan was noisy.
