The overall facilities were ok. I liked the customer service since the personnel was very respectful and professional. I also liked that the surroundings (Parking lot, casino, pools, and hallways) were perfectly clean.

The rooms at the older facility should be refurnished to look more aesthetic. Do not misinterpret, the thing is that most furniture still works but it reached its lifespan. A little restoration or the replacement of some furniture will be acceptable since it will give a better aesthetic touch to the rooms.

The staff was so welcoming , helpful and beyond nice and friendly. Dayanara kept our room in top clean condition. Every morning when we saw her in the hallway she would greet us. The day we decided to go to the Lazy River pool it was not working due to electricity issues. The staff let us know immediately what we could go in the pool and that the inner tubes had no charge for the day. Even so, my husband and I had a wonderful time just walking the Lazy River. I

The place are beautiful and relaxing. I feel so relax and did enjoy the beauties around the pool. It is a beautiful place and so clean I recommend for everyone who wants to enjoy the nature and beauty of Puerto Rico.

The only thing I recommend it is to have a place not in the lobby because there are not space but is some area where family's and guest can play games as a entertainment, our family had the experience in Europe to have some areas in the hotel where everyone can enjoy and play games and people entertain themselves.

I really liked the view from the balcony and the tranquility of the area. The hotel can use an upgrade it really looks outdated. Staff were very friendly.

I didn't like that they permit people in the river pool without a floating and permit people to be seated in the river pool. They should be more strict in that area, and only allow those who purchased the floating to appreciate the river flow without bumping into people seated or people walking or fooling around in the river pool it was very unpleasant. I visited other places that have this kind of attraction and these things don't happen, it's just not fair for those who purchase an item to appreciate the attraction but can't because there's no restrictions. And another thing, I stayed there two nights and never received extra towels.

The pool is great. It closed at 5:30 PM. I wish it would have stayed open later. The staff at the snack bar were very polite. My only issue was the restaurant did not have a kid friendly menu. Other than that it was a most enjoyable stay.

The staff were great. I asked for rooms close together and they provided me with adjoining rooms. I was able to check in which was good for the grandkids. They loved the pool.

Stayed on the Sky Tower (new tower) The room was really nice and clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful, from the Service desk to the pool personnel. Check in was super easy. I asked for a room upgrade, from the main building to the sky tower and they were happy to change it (for a fee, which I didn't mind). Sunset views from the room's balcony where really pretty. The pool was well mantained and the food and drinks served pool side where nice. Only one lifeguard on duty but since is low season I find it right.

The pillows on the room where really flat and thin. There where no coffee pods or cups on the room to use with the coffee maker. Gym and Mini Golf facilities where abandoned and could be a safety risk for small children because they're accesible.

My room change went well! The first room I was given was most definitely below par! Not real clean, especially the area of the bathroom - not the toilet itself, but the bath room: not well cleaned at all, "grime" and a generally run down atmosphere! If you had not given us a new room in the new building, I think that I would have left!

I had lunch it was good. Everything was really clean. I went with my grandson I would of liked if there would be a play game place for children when their not in the pool

The pillows were hard and the bed spreads were too old it was very cold and I had to ask for more blanket’s.Put I ask for extra and I received them fast good service.

I liked the facilities, the breakfast and location.

They should improve the check in, check out process since I had to stand in line for an hour or more to be attended.

Staff was friendly. Water park was nice.

Card for parking kept getting declined and we had to keep coming back to office to activate. My husband got food poisoning from the chicken at dinner.
