Staff was EXCEPTIONAL with every interaction both day and night. I wasn't pleased with the room because it was super basic and dark. But it was clean and comfortable and the property well maintained. The manager was AMAZING. She was helpful and knowledgable and truly invested in my stay.

The budget room that I was assigned to was bleak and dismal. It was a contrast to the excellent service and the dinning experience is the cute restaurant on the property. More thought needs to be given to making the room a more pleasant experience.

Friendly helpful staff. Easy walk to the beach and the village. The pool was a blessing during the muggy afternoons. Our meals were lovely as well and the bar service was fantastic.

Nothing to really complain about. We stayed in the budget rooms and the only thing that we noticed that one room seemed less of a budget than the other, but that did not deter us from having three fabulous nights at Boho.

I do like the place, this is the second time we have stayed there. Great location, nice staff, all clean, facilities are great.

The only thing that we have had problem is with the hot water. Both times, staff has had to move us three times to different rooms guessing which one has hot water. I think it is a high possibility to improve in that way. If the guest is coming, for example, housekeeping can check if all is under control including the hot water. It is just to prevent several room changes for the guests. After all the effort of the MOD, we can get a room with hot water.

The staff was amazing!!! Pool was super cool and less than a 5 minute walk to the downtown area full of restaurants/bars and shops. the hotel cafe had EXCELLENT food. The beach was a 2 minute drive with plenty of parking, there was a 4.00 fee (well worth it) to park… be careful of big potholes. you could also park outside of the gate and walk in for free, too long of a walk for me.

the room “appeared” renovated. With just a few minor and inexpensive fixes the hotel could bump up its star rating. They fell short on not renovating the shower in the bathroom. Also, there wasn’t a hook or bar to hang wet towels.

The staff is so attentive and caring. The restaurant has delicious food and drinks. The pools are beautiful, and the rooms were so comfy. I’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels that weren’t this comfy. AND if you’re traveling with a dog, the basic room attaches directly to the dog park. What a dream! Our little doggie was so happy. PS. I’m still dreaming about those pillows!

A 2 stars beach club that exceded my expectations. Comfy bed, beautiful pool, free parking, 7 minutes walk to the beach, nice staff. Modern shower with extra spray options. Only thing I can complain was the 7:30/8am noise staff did every morning…, banging on the rooms, vacuuming, yelling, slamming doors, washing machines running , they were loud! But that would be my only complaint…

The accommodations, location, service, facilities. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the poweroutge which it was beyond their control. However during checkout the restaurant didn't have power to process the breakfast bill. I told her that I was going to advised the hotel front desk that I was going to checkout. The restaurant hostess and front desk agreed for me to proceed to my room and get my belongings. Then panic mode began from the restaurant and front desk. Multiples phone calls and even the hostess knocked on my door and handled the bill. Long story short if I was advised to get my belongings don't panic. You didn't have electricity to run the bill. I am a honest person and a man of my word.

Sheets are too light, when air conditioning is on I like to get into a warm bed but sheets don’t help, too light and cold gets thru it, small quilt will work, this is my third time staying there so I do like the place very much and that’s the only thing lacking…in my opinion.

We arrived in Cabo Rojo one day before hurricane Fiona hit. The hotel was fully staffed, they have a huge generator which provided power to both buildings, and the kitchen was open the whole time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They took extremely good care of us and were very helpful and friendly. We definitely felt like we were in good hands here!

Love the location . It was walking distance to the Boqueron beach and also to the Poblado . The pool was very clean, and the hot tub was excellent. The area was super clean, too. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent.

The bathroom in the room was pretty small. The hot tub could be a little bit hotter .
