We stayed for 6 days, and absolutely loved the place. There is always staff up front. So in the event you need something, you can be helped. Pool was clean, and the perfect temp. We brought our 1 year old. And she loved playing in the pool. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Ac was ice cold. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, But one thing I can say about this location is that they are always cleaning. It always smelt so clean!! That was something my husband could not stop talking about LOL. It was nice to know they took there time in rooms, rather then some locations that only Change your sheets and place the next family in there. So cleanliness didn’t seem to be an issue. Location was perfect. My husband is originally from PR, so we were 20 mins from his home town. 20 mins from El Morro, the beach is 4 min walk, we enjoyed tortilla Baja, beach side. best pincho on that side. We will 100% be booking here again on our future stays.

The plumbing was horrible and we couldn’t wipe ourselves with tissue and flush in the toilet we were told to put it in the trash ( we are 2 women), high deposit for a rental car (350 or 500 ) is ridiculous to me, a lot of hidden fees/deposits it says on here deposit is 40 but they actually charge you the 40 plus the first night. However that first night deposit doesn’t go towards your total so when you get there you will pay the total and the first night gets refunded to you which I find ridiculous… I feel like since they charge the first night upon arrival you should only have to pay the remaining balance… plus there were just so many hidden fees and taxes in general dealing with Puerto Rico itself

The staff was very helpful and always so nice! It's a beautiful spot around the corner from the beach! There is also a fluffy kitty that lives there named Nikka that lays around and if you are an animal lover it's awesome to see the cat lounging around at its leisure like it's on vacation as well!! The pool is perfect temp and always kept up. The room a.c. is ice cold and never had to worry about it being hot especially with the Temps and humidity outside being extreme the whole week we were there. Also, not to far from local souvenir shops, restaurants, and grocery store! They also have a small little store inside hotel where you can purchase drinks and snacks along with fresh coffee brewed all day!

3 times I stayed in this hotel,couldn't be happier & more comfortable,,staff & management A+,,management always polite & helpful,,staff also polite & helpful,,I love the fact how they're always cleaning,I mean always,,I'm coming again next year to this hotel,cuz of management & staff,,great workers all around....thank you management & staff..

Only thing I can cry about,,,in my opinion,, is the beds, they not that bad,,but this time,,always got up achy from the back,,maybe it was just time to change the mattresses, cuz I have no back problems,but still,,the beds was not horrible.

Lovely staff and good free coffee. Very close to a nice beach and free towels provided by the hotel. The room was big and clean with good aircon. We asked for weighted blankets and they were provided. The staff were exceptional and I would highly recommend the hotel. It's a quick walk to several restaurants and a twenty minute drive to the port and even less to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really. The pool was shut for the first couple of days, whilst some work was being done in that area, and we weren't told about that, but it was open again before we left.

I didn't like was that they let a group of 6 people stay at the pool area till 3am talking loud & laughing waking people up,but beside that,It's a very good hotel,no other complaints

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. I like how friendly the staff is and how they brew coffee everyday for their clients free of charge. The staff is a big reason why I enjoyed my stay the most because we had to constantly ask for towels for the pool or beach and not once did they seamed bothered. Also, when wanting to try new places to eat or things to do they gave us a list of places that locals go to and they were all amazing experiences. I can’t wait for my next trip to Puerto Rico and I will be staying at Hotel Villa Del Sol.

The hotel is very cute, it has an unique appearance compared with the other hotels near by. It was very close to the beach, and there are many restaurants in within walking distance. The pool was clean and refreshing of course. The staff was friendly and available 24 hrs a day. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC was cool, and also the fridge. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Even though there was a microwave in a common area that I could use, I would have prefered to have one in my own room.

the patio area was amazing! Pool area was also very nice. Very pleasing and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Nice neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants (Piu Bella has great food at good prices, lots of food and drink choices) and shopping needs within walking distance. Beautiful beach was about a 5–10-minute walk. Never had a problem with finding a place to park. Always felt safe.

Everything was perfect.

The location was great. Right on the strip and a very short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and there were coffee shops nearby. The hotel was nice - met my basic needs for my trip. Pool area was very nice as well. The AC worked very well given the humidity.

Wish it was a bit more updated but that did not take away from the experience. The hotel is close to the airport so you will hear planes departing throughout the day - so if you are a light sleeper be conscious.
