Perfect Hotel with super kind and professional staff. Very clean , beautiful nice smell, clean - all people were super professional and ultra kind. Breakfast were essential and tasty. Rooms were big , perfectly clean, room service always great. Location of this hotel is not directly in center, but very close even by walk . Metro station is 5 min away from hotel. Swimming pool is nice to refresh even in the evening! Big appreciation especially for excellent people which are working there - receptionist always ready to help and assist with smile, security guys as well, all staff preparing breakfast, life guard by pool ...etc I hope hotel will appreciate these guys!

There is not much to complain even if I want. We were missing to have glass of wine in the evening, but it is mostly cultural related thing so absolutely understandable.

We were a group of three people and were offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, meeting all of our needs. The bathrooms were also well-maintained. All staff members were very welcoming, nice and friendly. The receptionists, Lana, Daisy, and the Moroccan lady (whose name I unfortunately forgot), were exceptionally polite and helpful. I would like to specifically thank Ms. Nadine for her genuine concern and efforts in addressing a matter we encountered during our stay. She was extremely helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

Overall, there was nothing unsatisfactory to mention. However, it would suggest improving the breakfast by offering more options.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped into the reception area, we were impressed by its grandeur and spaciousness, rating it as a perfect reception area. The breakfast areas also scored high, with their high ceilings, large spaces, and decent quality. Our room was fantastic, too. It appeared to be a new and well-maintained property that was managed efficiently. The hotel staff understood our specific preferences and allocated us a nice room that was not chosen randomly. The view from the rooftop was lovely, and the rooftop pool was even better than we had expected from the pictures. Overall, well done!

Everything!! The staff were incredible, the rooms spacious and well thought out. Enough plugs , a decent hairdryer (long hair ladies will appreciate), a guess toilet , great coffee in the room , ample complimentary water , very comfortable beds , blackout curtains , strong a/c, there’s even a scale in the room. The rooftop terrace is spectacular with incredible views and even tan beds in the water, breakfast choices cater for everyone and the location is superb. It’s a 6min walk to the metro which connects you to the whole of Doha. I honestly cannot fault this hotel. It’s great value for money and they definitely strive for excellence. They even surprised me with cake for my birthday which was probably the best cake I ever had. They also offer you a reduced rate to keep your room till the evening as most flights depart early hours in the morning.

Wow! For once my wife actually liked the hotel I booked (usually she does the booking, she thinks i always go for the cheap option)😄, everything about this hotel was amazing from Friendly staff, cleanliness, and decor. The security staff were very kind and professional. I travelled with my daughters who's 4 and autistic, she felt comfortable around them. They would open the car door as soon as we arrived outside the door, helping with bags etc. The friendly receptionist was so sweet, any request I needed, she would try to accommodate! We will certainly be back for sure!

First of all, the hotel was easy to reach. All the staffs were very welcome to all guests, the front security and bell boy, the receptions. we got upgraded room to suite for free. The room was very clean, nice, with good design and smart technologies. Another important thing is the hotel has dedicated parking area at the basement for the guests. For the restaurant, specially for the breakfast time. The staff was very helpful for us that have baby. they provided all what we need. Special thanks to staff Paya, Shane and chef mustafa for all the help in the restaurant. So overall we were satisfied for our stay.

All things are ok, but if the hotel can provide more choices of breakfast menu. We are asian, but we could not find any asian breakfast menu like fried rice or chicken porridge, or something like that. and also please make different variation of menu day by day. We had two times breakfast, but the menu were exactly the same.

I liked the infrastructure (design, setting, etc.). The rooms were great - big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beds (pillows, matrass, etc). The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Fadi at the restaurant and Youseff at the reception. We loved the lobby with books and comfy chairs/sofas. The pool was small but good one with jacuzzi that we enjoyed one day.

The food for breakfast was okay, could be better. The windows/glasses of windows were dirty. Sometimes staff at the reception were not attentive to the questions.

The hotel is in a very good location, near souq wakif and near the metro. It has a 4 star rating, but I think it should be 5 star. We were upgraded and we were very happy. We stayed for 6 nights and the rooms were cleaned very well everyday. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very kind especially house keeping Prabha, Sajaad and Insaan. Yunus at the front desk very helpful.. I highly recommend Embassy suites by hilton. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Nothing, except perhaps to add pastries to the breakfast menu

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A different experience as the hotel is located in the old town which is not far from the National Museum and Souk Waqif, which are a must to visit in Doha, and other tourist places. Great rooftop swimming pool. Very good accommodation for families. Not far from the airport as well. Daisy at the reception was amazing.

The breakfast was not diverse, I could not eat much due to special diet requirements. The windows looks like they have not been cleaned in a long time which distorts beautiful views outside. More room inspection needed, as we had to complain about our shower drainage, but it was dealt with immediately.

We were upgraded to suits and we liked it a lot We requested for late check out and we also got that Reception staffs are very good

1.Please have a sauna room atleast for ladies 2.I didn't like the breakfast spread am sure there could have been more options specifically for people who take gluten free diet . 3.There was no bath tub even in suits that I didn't like also 4.We asked for complimentary fruits which every hotel provides so far we have been to but we didn't get
