The hotel is located perfectly and is in walking distance from most of the tourist attractions of Doha. Also there is a complimentary transfer from and to the airport, which can be easily arranged with the Staff. The whole Team is very professional and helpful. You see that the hotel wants to improve and collects direkt feedback from customers. Hari does this in a very pleasant conversation and you really want to take the time to him. Another good thing that deserves recognition is the breakfast. You should take extra time to enjoy a huge variety of different foods, all are delicious.

The bathroom could use some renovation, but we learned this is already planned for this year.

good room, big room , good price

Why did the housekeeping open the door to the room without waiting for me to open it?….. I not put service sometimes sleep already housekeeping inside room sometimes take shower how he coming inside room if not open door mean I don’t want service…if I want service I will put pls service..

It is a good location near Souq wakif, metro, art museum, corniche, dhow harbour. The hotel needs to be modernised but rooms are spacious and.comfortable.

The internet was not working in ly room during the whole stay. I had to go down to reception each time i needed to be connected. Also behind the curtain you can see how dirty are the windows...very unpleasant to look at

Excelente hotel, great staff. There is Starbucks in the hotel loby. We got free coffee for each guest. There is swimming pool but without a bar. There is a gym. Close to the city center. Big room.

We booked accommodation for 3 people but on arrival the told us that our room is double room and to fit 3, we have to pay additionally for extra bed. If booking for 3 people, we should get accommodation for 3 people.

Accommodated an early check in for me and arranged airport transfers very quickly, staff were very welcoming Very pretty decor in the lounge and the room and the view from the room was lovely Had netflix on the TV which was a great bonus!!! Free starbucks voucher for the coffee shop in the hotel ATM and currency exchanges within walking distance

No iron but that’s okay

I loved how friendly the staff were from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. The price for the room was really good considering the size of it, in Europe, it’ll be more expensive. The staff were on hands to help with anything, for example I asked for extra hangers they got that within minutes. When I arrived, I was treated like royalty, they took my bags, helped me check in and took me with my bags up to my room. Great service

I didn’t like how small the breakfast room was, at one point I left for half an hour then came back because it was full. Also regarding the breakfast room itself, I’m 6ft and keep banging my head on a lot of things like the lights and signs. Also they’re very eager to clean your room, and at times when I asked for it to be clean, it wasn’t clean. Another thing, don’t use the pool it is freezing cold

- Outdated bathroom, but everything functioned properly - Monotonous breakfast with the same selection every day. - Disappointing condition of the pool, covered in pigeon droppings. - Disappointment with the inability to accommodate the request for a room with a connecting door and two single beds without an additional fee. Being asked to pay extra for what seemed like a basic room configuration was frustrating.

The room was huge and extremely spacious. The bed was comfortable and also very large. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who cleaned our room, Emon. The hotel is perfectly situated close to a Metro train station and near to the Souq Waqif. It was good value for money and I would definitely stay there again. There is also a small shop on the corner where we bought a sim card and snacks.

It is a large room but very little cupboard space for your clothes. It would be nice to have had shelves to unpack our clothes into. The breakfast area also got a bit chaotic if you went later.

The room was one of the biggest we have ever stayed in. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Toiletries were welcome as we only travelled with hand luggage. We only stayed for one night during our 20 hour stopover in Doha so we didn´t use the pool or gym - thus we cannot rate them.

I booked the room about 3 months ago asking for an extra bed, because we were three adults. At check-in we had to wait because only then they started looking for the required extra bed. Then they happily told us they finally found it and it was the last one. What had they been doing the previous 3 months? Also, they wanted us to confirm our reservation 1 day prior to our arrival, which we did, and then somebody else from the hotel wrote the same thing, asking us to confirm the reservation and then the third message came. Staff management and responsibilities are obviously unclear at this hotel reception.

This is simply a Superb Hotel. All better than those heavy weight costlier hotels. Though they count it as 4 Stars but for me it was much beyond those 5 Stars that I have seen in the past. The Staff, specially Samoodev is exceptional guy. Location wise no other Hotel can compete it. It is definitely in the best location, Old Town where you have everything around. Must visit Zaitoon Restaurant across the road which is best in taste. In future this is my Home whenever in Qatar.
