Nice hotel, very good food, nice SPA with a small pool, close to the Metro station.

Very impolite (rude) one lady at the reception (she was from China or other country from far Asia). Unfortunatelly she was making a check-in and check-out for us. We requested a quiet room - she gave us a room on the 6th flor just under the SPA center with terrible noise form jacuzzi. Additionally she requested a quite high deposit for a stay in the hotel, which was not mentioned in the booking confirmation. After her boss intervention deposit was canceled. During the check-out she requested us to wait for 15 minutes for the room verification - just like we would try to steal someting from the room. This gave us a terrible impression about this hotel. We also stayed in other hotel The Avenue, where the guest treatment was exceptionally good, much better than in Millennium.

room size was very good as we had a family room. Breakfast and diner selection was limited and only water available, which wasn't great especially as we had kids who wanted soft drinks. Ikram the breakfast time staff was very poor and ignored us most of the time. She spent most of her time next to the tea station making and having tea for herself instead of serving and checking on customers. All other staff were great and very helpful.

Ikram was really poor. Needs more training and communication skills.

While the Millennium Hotel Doha offers a generally pleasant experience, one significant drawback was the air conditioning system. Despite using the controls, you were unable to turn it off completely, as it would automatically turn back on. This persistent issue was frustrating and detracted from the overall comfort of your stay.

Arabic lady in morning shift she is very rude with the clients, she was shouting and raised her voice to one of the clients.. really she was very rude

I loved everything about the experience. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. Wycliffe and Abdul form the concierge team were amazing and really helpful. Mr B from in room dining was exceptional, always friendly, great service always bringing us ice and water and his customer service was outstanding! The room was great and comfortable, the hospitality team in the roof restaurant were amazing, always on standby and I couldn't ask for a better experience than what I had.

We booked this hotel based on its location which was great. Easily accessible by metro and the breakfast. From the day we arrived at the hotel Mr Sikander has been helpful,friendly and very kind. We appreciated our stay and we felt at home because of Mr Sikander. He deserve a promotion . The hotel securities were nice as well and always smiling. Thank you for the réception and housekeeping , Mr Baldis , for making the surprise birthday cake for my mother. Room was well equipped and daily housekeeping.

* As per booking.com there is lot of good review regarding the breakfast Therefore we booked . However we were disappointed. Not much variety and it was almost same thing every day. On the 22nd Feb we had a bad experience for the breakfast .We ordered the crepe and eggs by 9:30am and it was already 10:00 , we were still not served . However people who came after us were served. Therefore we left . The regular chef was on his OFF . Maybe the another chef was new and took time . * There is no window in the room and limited light. It is okay for 2-3days but more than that . It starts getting suffocating.

LOVE everything about the property. Short walking distance from Joaan metro, has awesome amenities (eg sauna, indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, gym), 2 awesome restaurants (and a wide range outside esp since there is a mall nearby), the rooms are EXTREMELY clean and spacious, hotel staff are warm and friendly too!

The latch to switch from tap to shower was faulty (but i managed to stuff something in between to hold it in place). Also, there was a wedding on one of the days and the kids were being a bit loud. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Overall it was a fantastic hotel. Staff were really great and attentive, rooms were beautiful. The whole experience was very good.

The breakfast was very poor. For such a nice hotel, the options were limited. The coffee machine was ‘broken’ (Although the lights were on so not sure what was happening there’ They didn’t have any other ‘milk’ options other than full fat (no almond, oat milk or anything like that) When i went to the egg station and asked for poached eggs he just said they didn’t have that option, even though there was a pot with water in it directly behind him on the stove! Maybe he didn’t know how to cook them or just couldn’t be bothered. For me, the breakfast was the most important part as i was competing in a fitness competition so i needed a good breakfast

I stayed for 6 days, and everything was excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend staying at this hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just one incident the hostess at the breakfast buffet, whose name I didn't get, was a bit off with her attitude. The way she approached me made me reconsider paying for the rest of my stay for the breakfast buffet. After that, my mood during breakfast was really not happy. However, the rest of the staff there and the food were great.

The location is great, away from too busy areas, located near Joann and Al Saad Metro Station so easy to get around on the metro. I like this location as near by there are number of good restaurants offering food from around the world at very affordable prices. Convenience stores are also nearby, as are a number of other stores including a laundry place. I found the area generally more affordable than others. I also liked that the room was serviced no matter what time we left the room. Overall excellent hotel, highly recommend.
