A very reasonably priced option and the facilities exceed the price given Singapore can be very expensive, they certainly don’t skimp out despite it being more affordable than most. Very clean with everything you need, rooms had enough room for two and the hotel was quiet (no noise from outside/other rooms) and curtains blocked out all light for a good sleep. The staff were wonderful and efficient. The pool was a great way to cool off from the heat with a nice water temperature and shaded areas. Very close to the MRT and easy to get everywhere. Good food options nearby at any time of day as well as options for snacks/drinks within the hotel. Air con had a turn down option so it wasn’t noisy at night.

Nothing about the property but little India itself is quite dirty in comparison to the rest of Singapore. Not a fault of the hotel by any means, just a case of me not doing enough research on a country new to me. Very safe like the rest of the country but in the evenings there was food scraps, litter and huge rats amongst the food stalls and markets. None came in the hotel of course and that was incredibly clean! No complaints, just something to be aware of if you’re more comfortable in an area that’s very modern.

Great location. It is close to two MRT stations (have to walk about 5 mins in different directions for each MRT). There are small shops around the hotel. There was a water filter available in our floor. There was a reliable money exchange in Little India MRT station. Apolo’s Food Village (an Indian restaurant) is right in front of the hotel. We had dinner there every night because it was a truly excellent restaurant with a variety of options. Our flight was in the evening and they helped to keep our bags in the common area after we checked-out from the room. We were able to explore the city after checking-out. We got refreshed and used common area bathrooms before we left to the airport.

There was no baby changing table in the common areas for our 1-year-old daughter.

Singapore is not a cheap place to visit, having wrote that l'll tell you what we were looking for at the best price we could get. The room was 20 metres where the average room we looked at was 16 to 18m, so the room size was good. It had a very good swimming pool which is a must in the knock you down heat of Singapore, another plus. Room had a microwave, fridge and safe, all pluses. The hotel is close to 2 MRT stations, Rocher and Little India, Rocher only has one line passing through it, the blue line [DT line]. Whereas the Little India MRT has 2 lines passing through it [DT blue line and NE purple line ]. Believe me having the 2 lines opens up a lot choices. The hotel is not in the Tekka centre which is being gutted and refurbished but across the Serangoon Road above the Tekka place shopping complex. The entrance is on Hastings road and was a $33 ride from the airport. Easy to walk past it, l must have been half asleep. Entrance to an elevator that takes you up to the 3rd floor where the reception is, There is always between 2 to 5 people on the desk and check in and out was a breeze.We were on the 6th floor and your key has to be passed over a sensor for the elevator to work. Felt very safe in this hotel. In the centre below the hotel are about 4 restaurants, 2 of them the Little Easy Bistro and Bacos knock 10% of your bill if you show your room card. We ate ate Bacos twice and were satisfied with the food. There is also a Starbucks there as well. When you exit the hotel onto Hastings road, turn left and there is another restaurant called Indo Thai, very clean place, good food at a reasonable price. Another plus is their happy hour is till 7 every night and Heinekin is only $4 a bottle, you wont get it any cheaper. If you are going to the cruise terminal from here do yourself a favour and get the taxi, the MRT can be a gong show at times.

Two things stick out, the lack of sun beds around the pool, 3 does'nt cut it for a hotel this size plus they have a couple of chairs but they are not the type for lounging around in. They need another 4-5 beds at least, that way folks would'nt have to lie on their towels on a wooden floor. Secondly the washer and dryer area needs a table so that when you take your clothes out of either you have someplace to place the so you can fold them up properly, this is desparatley needed. Also the washer and dryer are $8 each, When you open the door to retrieve anything you have to put another $8 coin in again for it to start.

The property was very good, Clean, Quite and very suitable site point in Singapore city ; center of city, close to many Restaurants, market, Big malls in the Singapore, close to all transportation services...etc

The property rents were expensive ، not include Smoking Room, and not allow to smoke in your room. No facilities for arranging tourist as Groups in Singapore for foreigners and anyone who hosted in the property and interested for that...etc

I was not expecting such a good place when I placed the booking, however upon check in when I got the room it was beyond my imagination, great room with all the facilities which I needed, other then room there are many other things for free, like a quite office type room near lobby where I was able to work easily and take meeting without any distraction, there was gym and pool as well as laundry and a common kitchen to use, although I had a private kitchen in my appartment but still having a common kitchen was a plus. Another advantage is of the location everything is very near almost by walk you can access all the main things and if you want to use bus the station was also on 1 min walk. Everything was pretty smooth and the staff is very lovely and knowledgeable they are ready to help you with anything! 100 stars for them <3

If a receptionists staff is added at the 1st floor to guide the new comers that the lobby is at 3rd floor it would be great however not necesary as everything was easy to understand.

-location : easily accessible for public transport -clean and nice room -good for solo travellers imo as the room isn’t really big -good facilities like kitchen, swimming pool and gym

-water pressure is bit low -sound proof isn’t great

The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are in good and clean condition, and the room is comfortable. The check-in staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. It is located a short walk to the Little India MRT station making traveling to other parts of Singapore convenient.

There is not many places of interest or eatery in the hotel vicinity except the Little India area which is right next to the hotel.

Very conveniently located near an MRT station and right in the heart of Little India, which was interesting to explore. We found the staff friendly and helpful. It was useful to be able to do our laundry on site, and the pool was a nice bonus. It was reasonably priced for Singapore, but still quite an expensive stay.

You have to take two separate lifts to get out of the building (it took us a while to get used to it). The cost of washing and drying was a bit steep, and there isn't a cafe or restaurant, though there are other places to eat nearby.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff very friendly.

Difficult to find. This should have been communicated. Reception took payment for parking and issued a voucher that did not work for foreign cars, despite being told very clearly. Had to pay twice.

Fabulous quiet location only a 1 block walk to Rochor MRT on the downtown line and right in the heart of Little India. Most tourist attractions only 3 or 4 stops away. The lobby is on the 3rd floor of the Tekka Centre shopping mall. We upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment (on the 10th floor) for our 5 day stay and really pleased we did. The extra space and washing machine was handy. We didn’t have a view but that wasn’t a big deal. Hotel photos are an accurate reflection of facilities. Be aware housekeeping is every two days. Not that that was an issue for us. Staff were really pleasant to deal with. And the pool was a refreshing escape from the humidity. Only 1.2 metres deep with a spa option at one end. The hotel was good value in terms of Singapore prices but it helps to lock in a booking early and go with a non refundable option to bring the price down.
