The room is clean except that it's a little small but with the price everything is alright. Location is really good which is very accessible to all the shops, public transportation, & restaurants. 711 is just a few walk away from the hotel. It was easy check-in even though we arrived midnight.
Small room but it was okay since we only slept at night. Most of our time was outside to see the beautiful Singapore has to offer.

Room was clean, smelling fresh. wifi was smooth and fast. TV works, AC works, Hot water works for two short showers, if you need a long shower it does run out.
no chair, the space at the end of the bed was very limited, but I did need the desk to work at with my laptop, so I had to sit on the bed to do that.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Location was great, right outside a bus stop and 5-10 mins walk from the MRT. The building was super clean, and the room was cleaned everyday.

I like Hotel 81, it's clean, in all the right locations, staff are all friendly - it's cheap of course, so the facilities aren't perfect, but it's good value

The rooms are very small but, for the price, a reasonable deal.
