The best thing about the hotel was the location. There was a refrigerator and hotpot in room. There are outlets at head of bed on one side. The receptionist who worked Jan 8th was wonderful. She was helpful and shared information to make our transition out of the city very smooth and easy. Thank you. We were in the new building just two doors down.

Things that made our stay not as comfortable. The room was small not even one stool or chair in room. No place for suitcase. One shared duffle bag will fit on a rack. The aircon turns off at night and it gets too warm. The room was well supplied but there were dust bunnies and hair everywhere.

My executive double room was decent size and bed was comfortable, overall i was happy with the hotel. Great location near Clarke & Boat Quay and walking distance to Chinatown markets, Telok Ayer st, Chinatown Point shopping mall and Merlion Park and City Hall area across the river. Clarke Quay MRT station only couple mins walk away (entrance at Hong Lim Park) and Raffles Place MRT station (Chulia st entrance) a few more mins away in the other direction so you have several MRT lines to choose from which made traveling around Singapore so very easy and convenient. The female staff was very helpful and friendly. The small rooftop Jacuzzi is great to relax in after a day of walking around in the heat. It was great spot to go for morning walks around the river front and other places like Fort Canning Park and Merlion at the Marina bay,

Cleanliness was mixed, hard to reach places like the cornices in the high cielings haven't been dusted for perhaps years, in the corridor I could even see a web hanging across the cieling. For me it wasn't a deal breaker though, the cleanliness at ground height I found ok and not a problem. One other problem was my bathroom vanity basin which was blocked and water took a while to drain. I told the front desk staff about it who said they will call someone too look at it but the problem was never fixed during my stay.

For its price point, this hotel offered great value. Clean comfortable compact rooms in a very central location. We could walk to Raffles, Clarke Quay, Fort Canning hill and a lot,of the points of interest along the river. The complimentary breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Small rooftop pool and spa were fine for cooling off and staff were unfailingly helpful. Would definitely go back if I returned to Singapore

The bathroom was fine but the shower handset could do with a better bracket to affix it to the wall

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent staff: Russell at the front desk was very helpful and gave great suggestions. The service was great and we were looked after very well and had a very comfortable stay. Our request for early check in was graciously granted and luggage held until the room was ready. The room was clean, small but sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the overhead rain shower was fantastic. Just what we needed after a tiring and humid day out in Singapore. Breakfast was adequate. The location was ideal for us, in a fairly quiet side lane, walking distance to Chinatown and Clark & Boat Quays. There were restaurants and cafes near by. Compared to the prices we'd seen while booking, this was a great value for money option. There was a plunge pool and small open terrace garden, but we didn't use these.

The hotel is very well situated, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and public transport. The staff is very friendly. There is no swimming pool, but there is a nice hot tub. The room we stayed in was satisfactory.

The breakfast seemed to cater to Asian guests. The butter and marmalade were not in single-dose packages but were served opened. Even though I had breakfast included in the room price, I had to go out for breakfast.

Possibly the best location in Singapore - walking distance to the river, bay area, Chinatown, the main malls and hawker centres, and the metro. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop spa pool was a delightful addition.

The breakfast was included and enjoyable. The location was ideal as it was either an easy walk or a short cab ride to visit all the main attractions and major shopping centres. Our host , Vivienne was charming and most welcoming and helpful and genuinely concerned for our comfort at all times- she was wonderful and a great ambassador for the Hotel and Singapore. Thank you Vivienne for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

Nothing to not like.

Stayed at the Loft apartments, they are 4 in total at this location. The room was new and clean, the hotel is built/renovated 5-6 years ago to a very high standard. Huge bathrooms downstairs and upstairs. Separate A/C for each floor. The jacuzzi is nice to relax after a busy day. The best location for Boat and Clarke Quay restaurants, bars and clubs. 4-5 minutes away from MRT and mall at Clarke Quay.

Be aware that the downstairs sofa bed is a Single bed and only one toddler/teen could sleep on it. There is not much space left once you unfold the bed and put your suitcases. The upstairs bed takes 90% of the room and it's Queen size at best. There are noises from the other building's A/C which is something normal for Singapore. Top floor A/C must be left on during the day to compensate for the heat that the concrete accumulates and you may need it at night for a few hours.

The position of the hotel and it was not too expensive for Singapore. All together it was ok.

It was not clean enough. Not bad, but could be better. I hate hair on bed sheets and towels. The room was small. Not bad for Singapore but in Kuala Lumpur, which is near, you can get for the same or less price great hotel with great faculities - top hotel.
