It was quaint. It had a vending machine outside too for any snacks and drinks. The room was also comfortable. People were great. Love the shower head. Also provided toothbrush. Got hairdryer too. Very convenient.

There are sharp ends of the shelf near the toilet. Just be careful cause it might injure you coming out from toilet. Also it can be a little bit of a walk to Mountbatten MRT. Bring umbrella please if you choose to stay here.

Did not realise it was in the red light district, maybe not best location for young family. Hard beds.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were also quite helpful, especially that one front desk guy. Our room was tidy up every day, which was awesome. The air conditioning system is running well, and the hot shower too. We also get free sticks of coffee. Our room was small but cozy. If you're only looking for a place to sleep during your trip to SG, I recommend this place. It's bang for your bucks! There's Wi-Fi, close to restaurants, ATMs, and the train station is only 15 minutes walk.

Some of the guests were too loud when they talked, and we could hear them in our room. Also, when they shut their door, it's always loud. But the rudeness of the other guests isn't the fault of the staff.

The hotel room is very spacious with a nice view outside. Enough to accomodate 3 person in a room. The staff are very accomodating. I am satisfied with their service. Specially the room cleaner. She makes sure that the room is organized and clean. After a tiring day, all you need to do is lie down and relax. When we checked out we were short with our currency fare. Special thank you to the frontdesk staff for granting my request and going extra mile in changing my usd to sgd. A small buck goes a long way. Your kindness saved us from being late at the airport. We will definitely recommend and booked again Ibis budget Singspore Crystal.

affordable hotel for Singapore clean very friendly staff room size was ok for a solo traveller a little small maybe for a couple facilities were fine short walk to main road for bus routes the nearest mrt station Kallang is a 15 minute walk from hotel which was ok for me.

the noise when a neighbouring room flushes the toilet or has a shower can be off-putting.The hotel is near a red light district but the women will not be over-aggressive or hassle you.

Everything is nice. Our check-in process was smooth and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. The room is clean and we love the big mirror on the wall. There is hairdryer provided, and you can just request iron if need one. It is advisable to bring your own indoor slippers to keep your room & feet comfortable!

We wish the room can be more soundproof. It will be a plus point if they add bidet in the toilet too.

Our room was very neat and clean. Not too far from train or busses,this part of town is known for some of the best food in the district. We caught the bus downtown and train back and if to lazy after a big day hopped onto a bus and got off the first stop. First time always the hardest to follow but people are nice so don't be scared to ask.

For those who like a very firm bed, it's ideal, but if you're looking for comfort, it's not good. It didn't bother us as we have stayed in this area before, but it is the red light district, still safe to go and enjoy the street food and restaurants.

Location: It was close to several bus stops which made going around much easier and convenient. the area where it was located was also quiet. Room: The room was sufficient in size for two persons. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. No unpleasant smell. The bathroom was likewise equipped with heater. They provide a hair dryer as well so no need to bring one.

None. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very responsive to our needs and were very polite as well. The concierge is open 24 hours which was convenient since we arrived after midnight.

Well the room was excellent, very clean, all very neat and well organized. Location was awesome, very near to the city center. It only took me a few minutes to reach the city center and enjoy its amazing country and visit its great touristic places! The staff members of the hotel were very very helpful, polite and ready to assist. Siti, Cheong Teng Ann, Brayden and all the others in the reception and the staff as a whole were very welcoming, helpful and polite. They did an awesome job!

Decent and comfortable room in a budget hotel, basic but clean, nice room with a window. Unlike most Singapore hotels it has a bidet (bum gun style) in the bathroom. Nice facilities and helpful staff. Good value for Singapore. Handy to a bus stop.

The location is a little off-putting for family if you turn left and head directly to Geylang Road as there is a line of brothels further up the street . Problem solved by turning right instead toward Guillemard Rd. Bidet is on the left hand side which is weird, took us two days to realize it was there.
