Hotel One 15 was an extraordinary experience thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Azhar, its receptionist. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service. Azhar was incredibly helpful, attentive to all our needs, and always ready to provide useful advice about the surrounding area. His courtesy and expertise made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a warm welcome. Thank you Azhar and thank you Hotel One 15 for making our stay so enjoyable.

Booked the Monte Carlo suite and the family room and both came with a balcony overlooking the marina which was lovely. Great place to chill at night (although smokers take note that no smoking is allowed). Enjoyed the sunken bath in the family room and the suite bathroom was huge. Pillows and bed were great and we slept well. Service staff were also friendly and thoughtful. Of the facilities, we only managed to use the infinity pool which also offered a great view of the marina. Oh, and the food from Latitude Bistro was pretty good too.

Nothing much except that we had to use different lift lobbies to access our two rooms as they were situated in different sections of the hotel.

Given that it’s my first time staying at One 15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore, was in awed on the interior of the Monte Carlo Suite as it was as per the pictures upon booking. The rooms are spacious and am very happy with the stay as well.

Hope the cleanliness could be slightly better such as obvious marking on sofa that look like a butt shape, which was pretty obvious. Shuttle bus to and fro can be better too to make it convenient not just for in-house guests and members but considering public who are not staying especially to attend events in One 15 Marina

The room was big and nice.

The receptionist could have been more informative and wellcoming. She was supposed to tell us better about transportation, places of interest, and so on.

Nice balcony with lovely view over harbor restaurants and bars close by and a supermarket. Lovely large pool with excellent changing facilities. Free shuttle bus to all areas of the island. Room serviced ever day if required. Nice peaceful surroundings for relaxing stay. On site restaurant very good and reasonably priced for Singapore.

Large bathroom but would have preferred separate shower (not in bath). Modern electric curtains although daytime ones did not work. Reported but not fixed.

We were upgraded to a suite during our stay, and the room was fantastic! Huge amount of space, large bathroom with a big bath as well as a very wide TV, sitting area and complimentary snacks from the minibar. The aesthetic of the room suited the marina vibe, and the pool was a lovely addition that is out of sight enough from public eyes but close enough to the waterfront. The staff were mostly kind and helpful.

The room was a little dusty, and could have been kept to a slightly higher cleaning standard, but by no means was dirty. We also did miss having a view to the outside Marina. Some of the lights/switches in our room were a little faulty.

I expected there would have been more options available. Felt it was very limited to local breakfast cuisine.

We arrived late at night and our room was certainly lovely but there were no instructions in the room on how to turn off lights to sleep. We eventually got the reception staff to come to our aid. Not what you need after a long flight when all you need is to flop into bed. Instructions in room would solve any issue here. The shower was over a deep sunken bath. Fine for us but not if you have any mobility issues.

Very poor wifi

Loved the view, it was spectacular. The location is pretty remote which was absolutely blissful. The breakfast spread was delicious, we were pleasantly surprised when we went down on the second morning and the breakfast spread was different that the previous day's. There were a lot of varieties, enjoyed that. The staff at Latitude Bistro were very attentive and courteous, great service provided.

The pillows were really tough, me and my partner had to buy Salonpas to get through the 2 nights. Figured maybe we just got the bad pillows but after reading some of the reviews on here, others have also remarked on the hard, tough pillows. Suggest to throw out the old pillows and bring in soft ones. Would like a shower area, we had to climb in and out of the bathtub to take a shower, also no bidet :( Those are the only downsides to my stay with them, everything else was great.

The facility was clean, room service was good(acceded to our request to make the room at specific timings). all eateries are within walking distance. Lighting, bed and toilet were all well and good with fine finishing

The check in staff was not helpful in terms of enquires and check in procedure. Asked for all IC/Passport of people staying, (sounded rude) hotels only ask for the details of person who booked the hotel room. Need to educate the security guards(could not understand that I was driving in to check in to the hotel) not to repeat myself several times.
