We got complimentary upgrade to the family suite as the room we wanted had issues with the aircon. We loved how the rooms (bedroom and the tv room) were clean.

We didn’t quite like the bed as it was a two single sized, massage bed. We loved the idea of the massage bed that can be reclined and all but since it’s two different beds that are being put together, there was a gap In between the beds. So with kids around, was pretty hard and uncomfortable to sleep on the bed, especially those who has to sleep in the middle of the bed. Would recommend to have a normal queen or king size bed since it’s a family suite. Other than that, all are great!

Breakfast had lots of choices. Nice gym with outdoor area. Friendly staff - girl at the spa and the Filipina lady at the breakfast were very friendly, lobby staff were professional but a few more smiles would have made them even better. Shuttle to Vivo City. Free drinks in minibar included

Dream Pool was not available. Signage to the Sanctuary Rooms elevators could have been better. The three housekeeping staff that I encountered could only understand Putonghua when I went to ask for extra blanket. Wished you provided charging stations inside the rooms

The location was convenient for the purpose we were there which was to see Universal Studios. It was also super easy to get around. Having breakfast included was a bonus that we didn’t have to worry about. I loved the peacocks walking around and the roof top pool. The staff were helpful when we needed to book a taxi.

I wasn’t able to adjust the air con in the room. It was freezing all the time. Some of the furniture was a bit run down. There was no facility to hang your wet swim clothes up in your bathroom after going for a swim so it makes it very hard to dry them. The restaurant on site was closed for renovations but there was a lot of options to eat so that wasn’t a bad thing.

The location was great, close to everything at Resorts World, in a lovely rainforest setting. The roof pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful, and the second pool was great also. The daily restock of drinks and biscuits was good. Generous room size with separate bathroom including bath. Daily housekeeping. Some days complimentary coffee and snacks in the foyer (but some days none) Balcony room had great views of all the ships and lightning storms.

Didn’t get our two rooms close together as requested , (for a family of 5 the rooms were on different floors and along the corridor) and the requested twin room was a double bed, and unable to change. Beds were very hard. The buildings are a little old and some areas requiring superficial maintenance (eg frayed carpets in hallways, chipped tiles on pool) but overall clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location centrally on Sentosa Island. Walking distance to the beach. Shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is very green surrounded by a lush green garden. The hotel is quiet. Peacocks are running around in the park. The best part is the super friendly team! They are super helpful. What we loved best is that the have a staff inclusion program which adds to the charm. Love the pools we had access to. Especially the roof top pool. We liked the breakfast.

The hotel equipment is a bit aged and an update of the carpets and the seating in the restaurant would be great.

The 1-bedroom villa was absolutely stunning. It's great if you want a retreat away from hustling, busy life of Singapore and the staff are exceptional. They offered buggy service to send us straight to our room and despite it being a short journey, it still felt like a really nice journey.

The pool wasn't really well-maintained. There were a lot of dead bugs, twigs, etc and that made the pool look and feel dirty. We also met a couple of friends namely rats and cockroaches but they ran off to the drain before we could say hi.

The rooms were clean and so much space. There is a rooftop pool with an amazing view around the surruondings and another pool which was closed due to mantainance. We did not use the pool though because our programme was very tight. We walked through the beautiful gardens, the greenery is amazing here and all through Singapore🇸🇬. The property is just near Universal Studios which was great, it has a shuttle bus which was so convenient for us.

Breakfast:- not much variety and even worse for us who do not eat meat. The breakfast meats were only pork🤷🏼‍♀️, we ended up taking breads, peanut butter and jam.

The room was spacious and it was comfortable although we can't really adjust the air conditioning. The room is secluded enough if you want to have a relaxing and a private time. There were no remotes for the air-cons and we did not know how to adjust the temperature. It might have been just us not keeping up to the technology. The shuttle buses were on time and it was a huge bonus because the hotel is pretty far out in my opinion.

There were no bellboys to help carry our things. After 5 min of waiting and pointed around, we got our buggy cart to our room and the security guard, who drove us to the room, just pointed us to our room on the second floor. We carried our bags and went up ourselves. It wasnt a bad experience but this could be an area of improvement. I am not sure if the building has a lift so it will be pretty troublesome for you to get to this room is you have big luggages.

Breakfast menu is same same everyday … should change some menu daily … difficult for no port eater since no beef menu no lamb menu ni chicken menu… Prata should come with curry chicken Seafood or chick Fried rice Curry chicken Curry mutton Such simple menu should be added What available is bacon ( pork), Lau chan meet ( port )… No rice / fried rice / fried noodle .. Should add such Asian delights … U have more expensive raw salmon / tuna / cheese menu but no asian delight cooked food .. daily I need to eat fishball noodle soup / laksa .😀

Due to our flight timing, we had to check in earlier. Nigel greeted us; he was a fantastic guy. No staff was around around 5 AM, so he prepared our room all by himself. He ensured we got checked in because we were tired and sleepy from our travel. He went above and beyond to ensure we didn't have to wait till 7 AM when the rest of the staff arrived. He is a true gentleman and a scholar! The place was excellent. The resort is well-kept and relaxing. The beaches were at a 10 min walk. For the hospitality we alone received from Nigel, I would visit again and recommend friends and family!
