Location 9/10 .... freq bus service and bus stop is meters away. Room 8/10 .... for that price it is good value. bed is comfortable and floor is clean Bath Room is clean. Friendly staff... helpful and sensitive.... 9/10

Housekeeping is done daily, bedsheets change every 2 days. Staffs mostly are very helpful and friendly. Location is great!

The room floors are not really cleaned, stains on some pillow cases and bedsheets. Some ants are seen crawling around. There's 1 young guy hotel reception staff, attitude quite bad.

The room is comfort and clean. I called the reception to request 2 extra pillows, they were able to fulfill my need.

Very comfortable and clean. Even though on the outside it looks like an old shop house, it is very modern and elegant on the inside. Liked the spacious bathroom. The room was quite ok sized for sg standards. Bus stop just across the road.The bed was very comfortable and we were sorry that we had only a few hours to stay in the hotel cos we arrived late and checked out early the next day. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Checking in was quite a slow process

Despite being far from most tourist spots, there was a bus stop literally a few walks from the hotel. SG transpo system is very efficient, so you won't have to worry too much about getting places. The room we got had no windows, but it was cozy and good enough place to sleep after a long, tiring day. There was also a hawker center near the hotel since it is situated in a residential area.

It's far from most tourist spots. It would take you about 20-30 mins to get to your destination. You have to plan your day really well.

the location is very good, the bus stop is literally next to the hotel, lots of stores and food market open until late found within walking distance. super friendly and helpful staff and a very reasonable price for SG.

the bathroom could be better

Small but very clean rooms. Bottled water, tea and coffee available in the room. Really good shower water pressure. Perfect room if you only have hand luggage. There is a big market near the hotel for your breakfast coffee, fresh fruit or anything else. Several busses stop in front of the hotel. It was a perfect stay for us.

Very clean and friendly staff. We came from Sri Lanka and asked for early check in. They provided without any hesitation. The most importantly every day coming to clean the room.

Room is small but adjustable

The staff of this hotel, Putri, is very good, very enthusiastic, very good to help guests solve problems, must be a five-star praise. Hope her leadership can give her a promotion and a raise.

The dust from the air conditioner port in the room should be cleaned up.

The staff are the best and friendly. Very clean.closer to local buses and very quiet. Everyone speaks English. Privacy is maximum.

The room was a little smaller but otherwise my stay was fine. No chair and table in case its a business trip.
