We enjoyed our stay in Ibis Singapore Novena. I liked that the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was just spacious enough for the three of us. Toiletries were also provided and everything listed on the listing was available. Dental kits are optional so if you need them, you have to ask the staff before going to your room. 2-in-1 shampoo+body wash was also available aside from liquid soap. We liked that the iron and ironing board was already available since some hotels provide them only when asked. We initially didn't include breakfast on our booking, but if ever you choose to avail of their breakfast buffet, then you can do so during your stay for a fee. There was a water refilling area near the elevator which is very convenient so make sure to bring your tumbler. The location of the hotel is very good too since it is surrounded by diners/restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The location is quite peaceful. No largre crowds, no traffic, so we were really able to rest after a lot of hours of walking.

We noticed that our room was connected to the adjacent room. There was a door in between our room and the next one--it was locked but the wall is a bit thin and we can hear loud sounds from the other room. I think the location of the hotel is not that near the city so in order to go to the usual tourist spots, you have to ride a taxi/bus. It was a good thing that the staff would always book a taxi for us. There was also a bus stop a few minutes away from the hotel.

The room was properly done with new towels everyday. Breakfast was good. Location was good for my office visit.

The smoking area right in front of the hotel. Move the smoking area to the side a bit more would be good. Also, controlling the noises in the hall way at night would be good. On the night I arrived, the neighbors were talking and running in the hallway like some high school kids.

Room was cleaned daily basic but adequate as didn't spend a lot of time at hotel. Wi-fi good. Breakfast was excellent choice a few strange things on offer but catering for people from around the world. Location was good and hotel clean and tidy staff polite and not intrusive.

Noise from other guests whilst returning to their rooms maybe a polite notice as you leave lifts to keep noise down to respect other guests who might already be in their rooms or have children. Thicker doors maybe

Great staff. Safe area. Clean room. Convenient to shopping, hospitals, restaurants. Ibis committed to being environmentally responsible so no plastic.

Even tho no plastic, I think for the high price they could have been more generous in creating a bit of warmth and welcome in the room. There was no bottled water. Should have had glass water bottles in the rooms with glasses on a tray. And explanation that they were working on getting rid of plastic, commitment to environmentally sustainable. Maybe a flower and a couple of mints.

It was just enough needed for my business stay, and well located for basic needs such as eats and access to buss and train transports.

Not really space for a quick snack in the evening, have to go outside the hotel. Also, not really space to work with colleagues in the evening as the dining area is closed.

Bed is very comfortable. Room is sizeable for 2 persons. Air con is good. Internet is fast. Free refilll water on each floor. Laundry facility.

Curtain can not be 100% closed. Shampoo and bath liquid( same bottle) too dry. Difficult to hail taxi. Need to book. A good( hilly) 10 min walk to Novena MRT( although u can take public bus to Novena MRT).

I had a good selection of tasty breakfast choices to pick from and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well-kept and the bed was cozy. Unfortunately, the rooms felt a bit too snug and didn't match what I was hoping for. Nonetheless, I was content with the location since it was situated close to the Novena MRT station, making it convenient to travel around.

The staffs were warm and friendly. The room service was good and careful. Breakfasts were good but not too diversified. The location is nice and it's near a lot of restaurant. 500 meters from the MRT station so it is convenient to get around.

The room was a little small but if you just use the room for rest and sleeping then it's okay. There is no gym or pool but there is a spa/massage shop across the street. The wall is not sound-proofed but the people staying next door were polite so I had no problem with that.

Cleanliness is very good. Housekeeping was well done. Lots of natural lights (at least for the room that I was staying).

the gap between the shower closet glass door and the floor is too big that bath water always flow into the basin area. Walls are non-soundproof, so you get to hear voices along the corridors. But it did not bother me that much.

It was the perfect location to branch out into Singapore for me. The staff were very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff are very hard workers and do their jobs very well (as well as the front desk). Also, the restaurant in the lobby served delicious food and the restaurant staff were great.
