We stayed here with our family. It's more than expected. Rooms are clean and windows are closed. Air conditioner was good. Bath are little different than other parts of world. Bathroom floor is wood which is different from other country. Wifi is good and you can do 'work from home' option. The neighhood is good and lots of resturants nearby. There is bus stop near to it. Bus number are 33 and 16, you can use these buses to travel with other buses and metro. There is no metro station near to it. But the nearest metro station is Dakota (East Line) and 16 or 33 buses will take you near to the hotel. Hotel staffs are very welcoming and helful. They allowed us early check-in without any extra fees. We checked in at aroung 11am. There are kennels near to the hotel. Bath has toothpaste, tooth brush as well as shamppo, bosdy wash, etc. Singapore has very limited cheapest hotel options compare to other countries because of it size. I was very doubtful when I booked the hotel as the rating and views are mixed. After i stayed there, then sure to say it's a good hotel to stay if you are not looking for luxury stay. Water bottles are complementary there and you can ask more if you need and free too which is very good. Tips: 1. Keep some cash in hand for convience as some resturants do not accept card and some accept card payment, but don't support visa/Master card payment. 2. Buy your Sinagpore Tourist Card at the metro station in the Changi Airport Terminal 2. They accept cash only. 3. Best Tips: Take EastWest metro line from Terminal 2 and get down at Bedok metro station, then take bus 33 to reach the hotel. Bus stop near to the hotel is Bef Koon Seng Rd (This route is not displayed in the Google map).

Room and bathroom slightly small but everything else was perfect.

The location was perfect, it was right next to the Katong neighborhood as well as the Vietnamese and Malay neighborhood, there were a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming! Easy to access, multiple bus stops nearby.

If you’re claustrophobic make sure that you have a room with a window. The room needed some renovations.

There is a bus stop opposite the hotel where you can take the quick 33 bus (7 minutes) to the Dakota metro station where you can quickly use the metro to visit most areas of interest. Plus we found that there were a good amount of gyms and restaurants nearby. The staff are super helpful. Air-conditioning was fantastic! We went back there again on the way home as we really enjoyed the experience.

Not a massive issue but if some of the rooms are bigger than others, so if you are lucky, you get one that is bigger than the normal size in Singapore. For us, we didn't mind hat it was a bit further out from the main central parts of Singapore. There is a metro station that you can walk to (Paya Lebar) which takes 20 minutes so we preferred using the bus to get to Dakota. But other than that, nothing to dislike!

Friendly, helpful and accommodating hotel staff. Always with a smile. The room was sufficient - stayed in a room with a window and two single beds. Mineral water, tea and coffee provided in the room, as well as mini toiletries - soap, shampoo and body wash. Toilet tissues were ok if you're not fussed. Otherwise, just buy your own regular toilet rolls from nearby minimarts or supermarkets. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The rate was very affordable for the 2 nights I booked. Staff are friendly, check in and check out was quick and easy. Room is very simple which was ok for me as I spent most of the day out. There is plenty of food available around the hotel and a food court is just a 5 minute walk around the corner.

Unfortunately, there were a black ants visible in the bathroom around the sink upon check in and they seemed to pop up here and there throughout the room. They didn't bother me but the Hotel should look into this.

Front Desk are extremely Welcoming and Helped answers my enquiry well. Alvin welcomed us warmly on my first visit there. Jeffrey was very attentive and greet us when we passed by. Rayson was my saviour. He helped me find my wallet when I accidentally left it in another room. Overall it was a pleasant experience with the staff from front desk. If this place deserves rating. They are earning it from the Front Service staff. Tip top service.

I booked a family Suite but was downgraded to 2 Separate room with my kids and the room was extremely small. Not getting the bathtub for the trip was a great disappointment for my kids as the purpose of the stay was the Suite. I came back again a day due to a wrong booking date that was not able to be cancelled. Paid extra $30 for suite room. And there was dead roach lying Ard the bath room. The house keeping staff was rather noisy in the morning chattering all the way. I can hear her from the other corridor.

The room's amenities are in excellent working condition, with the size of the bed and pillows being satisfactory. The wall sockets are universal and the hot and cold water systems are easily adjustable.

After taking a shower, the bathroom door must be kept closed at all times. If left open, the room will become humid, causing the air conditioning to be less effective.
