Breakfast was good but kind of few options for a 5 starts accommodation. The facilities are great: 2 big playing grounds, 2 pools (one heated, located inside the hotel), pool table, restaurant etc. The rooms are big and comfortable, the view from the balcony was great. The staff is great, especially in the restaurant: very careful with us and the kids, the service was great and beyond expectations.

In the morning was a bad smell in the bathroom even though the window was permanently opened. Another thing we were a bit disappointed was at check-in when the receptionist announced us our 3 years+ old kids will not benefit the full board option we have selected/payed as we have missunderstood is for the 4 of us as specified in the reservation (the policy doesn't specify this detail). They said we should have received a message saying this is their policy but after they checked they confirmed we haven't. They apologied for the inconvenience but we had to pay for children menu even though the reservation was for 4, full board.

The employees are really nice with their guests. The view from the room window is awesome. Some architectural details are really nice inside and outside the property. The water in the swimming pool looked clean.

The rooms looks much bigger in the pictures than they really are. Our baby found a lot of dust under the bed... Babies really know how to check if a place is clean or not. The mattress was a little bit noisy and not so comfortable. The food options for lunch and/or dinner at the property are limited, expensive and not so tasty as we expected. There are other really nice restaurants in Brașov (Casa Tudor or Next Door), so I reccomend you to get only a room there.

Very nice location with excellent facilities for families with small children (less than 5 years old). Older kids (<10) can still have fun in the swimming pool (the one inside is heated, the one outside is cold - even in August) and on the sport field. I would not recommend weekends, they are very crowded. The interior court is very nice. The food is average, but the personal is extremely nice and polite. The feeling is 4* international, so do not get too excited about the 5*.

At 5* you cannot have AC sometimes blocking, missing bulbs or not replacing water in the rooms etc. The breakfast is quite poor and the menu is limited, especially drinks.

Nice furnished large rooms. Spotless clean. Indoor pool opened till late (22:00). Late breakfast (11:00). Good food.

The stay here was great! The food was good, clean rooms, nice playground for the little one, the outoor and indoor pools were clean. Not much to do in Cristian but the location is very close to Rasnov, Bran or Brasov where we had plenty of sightseeing opportunities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would come back anytime and recommend it forward.

Very good amentities - our kids had lots of fun. Good starting place to see Transylwania.

Terrible smell in the bathroom downstairs (room 18), fungus all over the bathtube. We didnt like breakfasts - very limited choice and everyday it was the same (fried egg, scrumble egg, sausages, poor quality hams, cheese, bread, cereals). Building itself is weird - we had to go through the kitchen to get to our part of hotel and our room. Overall it was ok 8/10.

Breakfast was with very little variety and not too much of veggies. Eggs were the main dish, and staying for 9 days I've got tired of it. Dinners were very good though!

Swimming pool and sauna were never ready by 8am, as it was supposed.

The cleaning and changing towles just per reqeast. No one explains it in check in process. Something not clear with hot water in the shower - not enough for the geusts in the same time, didn't get the logical explanation. A little poor breackfasts

Pool and tennis courts were a nice addition. Lovely scenery and very friendly staff. Staff rarely improve on the stay in Romania but Ambient was impressive.

Only two suggestions would be: Either add a bell-boy service for the luggage or an elevator. Add shower cabins or curtains - any way to keep the bathroom from being completely flooded after a shower.
