Room was very good with a balcony and mountain view, electrical fireplace in the room - very romantic in the evening, spacious room enough for us, extra bed for our son was already prepared, check-in was fast and efficient, breakfast very good and well planned with different rooms for people even thought the hotel was fully booked. Nice restaurants. Excellent coffee for breakfast. Excellent location - all other activities, hiking, tourist center etc. within easy walking distance. Very good for small children, a lot of playing facilities, Magic land, animation staff etc. Very good and well equipped gym. Very good spa and swimming pool, wet sauna is unlike many of this kind with good temperature and constant steam supply.

I enjoyed everything. It was my son's birthday and they had a very nice surprise. Breakfast was awesome. The SPA is fabulous even the water was a little bit cold. The room was cozy, nice and clean. The staff, especialy Robert and Bianca from the reception wereazing. Robert was the architect of the surprise for our son. He is the best!

I liked the rich breakfast with many options - even for vegans , the SPA facilities and also the Magic Land for children.

The room was outdated and full of dust ( especially the decor pillows). The seats in the balcony were totally uninviting. Also I didn’t like the fact that the playground for kids was not maintained - it looks deserted and lousy. And last but not least the only restaurant open for lunch/dinner had a very poor selection.

Perfect for skiing holidays: free shutle bus to the slopes, ski rentals, ski instructors, spa for après-ski. Room nicely decorated, comfy beds, very friendly stuff.

Not related to the property itself, but all the nice facilities it has to offer attract a lot a families with kids which can be a bit annoying if you’re looking for a romantic getaway or for a relaxing escape, especially during and around school holidays. Wake up “calls” by the neighbour’s kids, noisy meals (and sometimes it’s the parents who do more harm then the kids themselves), pool crowded with kids.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where the employees went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff Robert Plesa greeted me with a warm welcome and quickly checked me in. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff kept my room in immaculate condition, and the waitstaff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. They were always eager to help and went the extra mile to ensure that I had a memorable trip. Overall, the hotel's employees were truly outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. Their exceptional service truly made my trip one to remember.

Overall quite pleasant, but had a few issues that detracted from my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the parking situation at the hotel was less than ideal. It was difficult to find a spot. Another issue I had was with the bed. While it was comfortable, I found it to be quite high off the ground, which made it difficult to get in and out of. Aside from these issues, my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The location was convenient, and the amenities were good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel with the disclaimer that parking and bed height might not be suitable for everyone.

The best experience so far was the at the Gatsby restaurant, John was really friendly and the food was delicious! We were sorry when we discovered that the restaurant were not going to be open from Monday-Wednesday! Breakfast ok, good location, nice pool, all day shuttle service to the slopes.

Annoyed as a convention was happening at the same time so the restaurants in the hotel were fully booked and no one has informed us about it. Not so many options on the menu, only pasta or pork dishes. No pizza or burger. The room temperature was really hot, had to leave the windows a bit open during the night.

Thelocation of the hotel is very good. The room is very nice and large. Nice view frim the balcony. The pool is very good for swimming. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly staff.

A larger variety of natural juices at breakfast would be suitable. The rooms should be more carefully dusted. Overall, the hotel needs a little bit renovation. The parking gets very crowded on weekends.

Breakfast excelent, facilities, Spa, food at the restaurant and the one delivered to the room, location, enterteiment, parking.

Cleaning in the room was done in an average way ( confetti in the bedroom , in the living and in the bathroom) and on Saturday night we ordered 4 dishes at the room service and other things and they delivered only 3 dishes ( without saying a thing) and when we saw that one is missing they said it was not in their menu ( allthough it was ordered from their menu list from app) but they didn't bother to call back and ask to choose something else. Only one lift out of three was functioning
