- The communication from the beginning was the care for the customer, especially since I had requested an earlier check-in. - Also, when I arrived because I was tired, I got a bit lost*, and someone noticed me on the camera and came to help me and get me to the door. When you are not at your best, it is essential to have someone to assist you. - The internet was great, and the room was clean even though I had an earlier check-in. *be advised that different doors give access to the stairs for a couple of rooms (in my case 6-8), and that is visible on the door but somehow by distance and not when you are in the front of the door

- The lack of an elevator was not a significant issue, but I had to make more effort upon arrival because I had two heavy trolleys. - A bit noisy when people are in the other rooms, but if you close all doors this will not be an issue anymore.

- super clean - the furniture is pretty new and the design is nice - the apartment was big for two persons - the apartment was equiped with everything we needed and it seems suitable even for a longer stay

- wifi wasn't great for work

- big room with fridge and working AC - bed was fairly comfortable - multiple locks to get into the building/room - TV had Netflix

- location around the hotel is a bit sketchy

Quick response from manager even though the booking was made within an hour before arrival and late in the evening. Self check-in. Quick and clear instructions on building and room access. Stylish modern minimalistic rooms furnishing. Rooms and bed sheets are clean. Wide balconies. Cold white lighting only, which at night can be somewhat tiring, but that's just my preference.

Inner hotel parking was full, although advertisement said there's no need for parking space reservation. No elevator.

The building is very nice, staff is very helpful. Great coffee and very talented barista at the entrance. Great for light travellers.

There is no guest elevator. The building looks very modern so it didn't cross my mind that there might be no elevator. The parking in the garage is quite cumbersome, not because it's a bit tight. That's fine, but because there is very often a car parked in front of the exit, so to get in or out you need to message the manager, so that he can call a neighbour, so that someone can take the car out.

I much appreciated that the room was spacious, good mattress, I liked the wooden floors, it had a digital key and it was perfect for very late checkin. The location is good (20min walking to center) and it is a quiet area (no traffic noise). I loved the coffee place downstairs🫶🏻

The bathroom is unfortunately very very unfriendly: too grey, cleaning quality was questionable and amenities were not suitable for a hotel. The heating could not be adjusted so we had to open the door quiet often.

- the shower gel dispenser was empty - we had only half a roll of toilet paper - we discussed with the owner to park in the garage but once we arrived there we were told to park on the street, which was full. Nevertheless, parking on the street is not impossible so you should be able to find a spot in a ~200m range. - no elevator

Location, modern, very clean, confortable, quiet, spacious. Very good and helpful communication with the staff.

Coffee shop only opens at 9AM. Parking is on the street. There is no special place reserved for the hotel guests, and the hotel's covered garage has working hours (that's no fun at all for the simple fact that guests do not have working schedule).

The architecture is modern, industrial, minimalistic with clean and simple shapes

There is a need of human warmth in this minimalistic space. Practically you are surrounded by concrete, metal, glass everywere. No plants, less wood, less human touch, paintings with no emotion. Seems like a deserted place in an industrial world. The bathroom is somehow impractical. When showering you have water everywhere. Even with sleepers it's hard to avoid water.
