A cosy, clean and comfortable hotel. Great architecture. Nice outdoor pool - they provide clean towels for the pool. Great breakfast too. Stuff was eager to help.

The restaurant orders takes a bit longer. But they are friendly and always trying to help. The shower in our room had some small issues with the water going outside the walk-in shower. And would have been nice to have small toiletries, sleepers and a bathrobe.

Very nice hotel, clean and stylish, very good breakfast, large well-kept territory! Recommend!

some hotel guests had fun in the pool very loudly until late at night, since the pool is right under the windows, this noise didn’t allow to sleep.. I think it would be right for the hotel staff to make sure that guests behave more quietly in the late hours so as not to disturb the sleep of other guests

In general, great place to stay if you want to be outside of Bucharest city center. Great and very helpful staff. They do an extra mile for customer, I really appreciate their aproach. High quality materials and almost sound proof rooms.

The only thing I was missing were cosmetic accessories like ear buds and shoe cleaner. But this is only my personal preference. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Excellent, elegant architecture, integrated in the concept of a historical building, cozy rooms, swimming pool, massage offered for extra money, excellent insulated ball room (party inside not heard outside).

The restaurant to be improved: the waiters not looking around for the clients' needs (we had to go inside to make them aware that we want to order) + extra small portions for big money.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms are beautiful.

The location is terribly outside of town and there is nothing to do or order in the area. Uber and bolts have a hard time going there and they take time. The restaurant closes early at 8:30 PM and there is nothing to purchase nearby to eat unless you drive because food delivery will not come in the area.

Breakfast very good - unfortunatelly no fruits at all, poor desserts

dirty bed sheets, lack of consumables - in the box of paper tissues there was one piece (out of 80-100) - room service can check such things

the hotel is superb, everything high quality, food is very good also, the blend between old and new is done very well, the spa is available non stop- big bonus

the village looks bad, but this is something that will change with time, otherwise nothing
