The online application was pretty cool, you were able to adjust the "do not disturb" or "clean the room" options from there. Nice coffee machine and comfy bed. Shower pressure was strong and the temperature nice and hot. The area was quiet and there were quite a few shops & parks within walking distance and some further restaurants. All staff members we have encountered were really nice. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and fresh; waiting staff was attentive. I've seen lots of comments about noise and all, but the hotel does not say anywhere it's soundproof; therefore, in those cases I bring earbuds with me and problem solved! The AC system worked, but it did come on and off randomly, yet I believe it may have to do with adjusting the temperature of the room. For us the room was always at a good temperature. The electricity would cut off every few hours, yet I believe it has to do with energy savings in case you leave the lights on when you leave the room. You just need to open the door and it comes back up. There was plenty of parking, but I would say on busier months you may have to park on the street. I like the simpleness of the décor and vibrant colour add on, but that's my cup of tea!

Nice hotel with a large parking in a perfect area - close to the centre, but also not far from the airport (12 min drive). The restaurant is excellent, a nice italian, good (local) beer and wines and very nice staff. There is an elevator and a nice art exhibition (with sale) on the hallways! The room was good, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, well ventilated and good temperature. Good shower pressure (on the 3rd floor) good drainage, enough towels, very good bed.

Triple lamp and tv at the room was excellent. I was able to connect even my laptop to the tv. New furniture and coffee machine also feels good. Very nice stay.

Only 1 small elevator and small, Can fit hardly 3 people. Breakfast not good at all , very average. Toiletries at lowest quality.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. Overall, we found the hotel to be quite impressive, particularly in terms of the modern and comfortable room and facilities. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed, with a contemporary feel and all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room was also well-equipped with modern technology, such as a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

If we were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection. While the breakfast provided was very decent, we felt that the selection of cold drinks could have been more extensive, but that might be just out preference. It would have been great to have a wider variety of juices or smoothies options to choose from. This would have added a refreshing touch to the breakfast experience and catered to different preferences.

I had an absolutely delightful experience during my recent stay at this marvelous hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The restaurant was a true standout, surpassing my already high expectations with its delicious cuisine and impeccable service. The rooms were simply heavenly - not only were they spotlessly clean and well-appointed, but they were also incredibly comfortable and provided all of the amenities I could possibly want or need. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and cannot wait to return in the near future.

**Humer Alert** - I disliked that the hotel was in Romania and couldn't take it back home with me :) All the bad reviews I read about the hotel were not true and I happy that I chose this hotel and not others.

The inn looks very nice and the beds were super comfy.

It's a bit far from the city centre

- Close to the airport - Clean rooms - Modern furniture - Modern TVs - Blackout curtains for getting all the sleep that you need - Friendly staff

- The thermostat for the AC unit was not working properly. The fan speed button was not working at all while the off/on button were not responsive. While the thermostat showed the “off” message, it kept running for 10 more minutes leaving us to freeze. Sometimes we tried turning it on and it wouldn’t start. - TV volumes are set to 20 max, I assume to not disturb the other guests although at this volume if you’re eating something you couldn’t even hear the TV yourself. I’d suggest boosting the max volume to 30 at least.

What we liked was the size of the room and the fact that it was clean but the rest left us dissapointed.

- very bad insulation, we could hear everything from the hallway/other rooms - lack of hand soap in the bathroom - we found the door open in the evening after the room was cleaned in the morning (nothing was missing, but the staff should be more careful with this aspect) - the shower head was leaking and water was only flowing from one side so it was very difficult to shower (considering that the staff was cleaning the bathrooms, I don't understand how this was not fixed) - lack of a safe in the room - size of bathroom is tiny - something which cannot be fixed, but should be taken into consideration when you're booking a room - pillow very high and uncomfortable

The facilities were clean and bright, which is what you'd expect from a new hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Also, the foam mattress and plump pillows were of the best quality, even when compared to beds in top five-star hotels.

We visited in May and found the room too hot. We couldn't bring the temperature down from 23 to 19 Celsius, so we had to turn it off. There was a lot of traffic noise, so we kept the windows closed.
