Quiet place, if you do not have a room next to reception (outside are sitting people till midnight and talking). Large bathroom, too soft beds for us :) (this is individual), but extra bed (which is Sofa) was better. 20-25 minutes walk to City, close to Hotel there is bus stop. It is at housing estate, as part block of flats, so parking is at the street for free - but in the late evening you have to be lucky to find something close to Hotel (as usual at cities). Enough to choose from breakfast, but do not come too late, because it will be cold. Friendly service and communication.

The hotel was absolutely perfect for a few days stay. The room was super nice, with comfortable bed and bedding, had all the facilities you need. It was also very well heated during the coldest nights in January. For breakfast you had a good choice of different foods which was all delicious. The staff went above and beyond during my stay. I will definitely come back here next time.

I would have loved to have a kettle in my room to make a tea or coffee. After all it was -15c outside so it would have been nice just to warm up with a cuppa after getting in.

Nice big room, with aircondition. We could easily park the car. Our dog was also welcomed, which is rare to find in Romania. Very good breakfast.

The dining/ breakfast room is very tiny, no windows. We felt squeezed in. Apart from that, the rest was ok.

Whenever you need a place in Cluj, don't hesitate and book Biscuit! fresh and clean apartment was waiting for us comfy beds, soft pillows and fluffy towels. Everything spotless clean! Good location, quite neighbourhood, good wifi and a garage! Whatever and whenever you need sth - reception is so helpful and outstanding all the time. If you need a car park there is no problem you've got your own place in a garage under the building. And don't forget about extremely delicious breakfast! I could rate this place even higher but Booking allows me only for 10;) High 10 rate for Biscuit. Highly recommend for everyone!”

Located near the center, a few minutes by car. The access road is quite bumpy, but it compensates for the kindness of the staff and the unique interior design. Everything clean and well taken care of. Good breakfast and good coffee as well.

it's a about 23 min from the city center, in a hill area but the staff will give you direction how to get there

The way the room was decorated. Public parking space is available free of charge. Wonderful host, very kind and friendly.

A little bit far from the center and on a hill, so we took the car when going out. We stayed in a couple of hours after lunch and tried to sleep, but we could hear all kinds of noises from the other rooms and/or sanitary installation. At night, everything was ok :)

Very welcoming and cosy place. Breakfast is reasonable choice, but this is a small hotel, so don't expect a huge amount of different foods. They will cook you an omlette if you ask though and this is very appreciated.

Very friendly stuff, made you feel like being home. Rooms were also nice, with different themes; we stayed in room Africa. breakfast was also good.

The breakfast was not that diverse, bit we ate well nonetheless. The room didn’t have a desk, although it was mentioned on Booking.
