There was some emergency issue at the Hotel Topaz so we have been rebooked at Hotel Meteor. Hotel Meteor location is so good. Breakfast is served between 8-10 AM however we have to leave around 7 AM we were able to have breakfast which was so nice and tasty - thanks for that!

Parking situation - no own parking spots of the Hotel and due to the central location there is so hard to find a praking space (which is not free).

Good location, lovely staff , easy to communicate with them and very helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was very big and same for the bathroom.

The decor is a bit sombre

The room was very big and as outside it was a very cold day we were so happy that the room was so warm! The furniture was old, but we enjoyed actually the vintage look! The bed is big and confortable, the tv was huge and the there wede 2 sofa chairs which we loved!

The floor carpet from the corridor needs to be changed. The breakfast room was very cold and there was no variety, but it was decent!

Great staff, location was good and amenities were nice. it was a super cozy place given the outside temperature, breakfast was good and overall it was a very clean place.

Not too big of a deal but everything inside is very old or needs replacing. For example, the room window had trouble closing up, the door had to be forced into place to get it to lock, and the TV was from the late 90s / early 00s. I do understand wanting to keep the vibe classic - but some stuff is downright barely working anymore. Maybe the staff could at least fix some of these things.

Breakfast was good, the room was clean en sufficient. We could check inn later in the day.

It took al while untill we had warm water in the shower. And there was noise outside because the window was open all nght. En we heared a buzzing sound but we could not find out what it was.

The shower drain constantly had a bad smell coming from it, so I had to constantly keep the two windows above the shower open for the whole month I stayed there.

The rooms are very spaceous and with good interior design. They have also good temperature and all accesories The stuff have very good customer engagement and very polite and customer oriented They have online checking so you do not have to stay in queues or worry about documents and papers . The stuff also send real time update about the stay/ facilities advantages and other good to know information. They also send you feedback post your stay . The location is pretty close to the centre in a clean area

The room was gorgeous and very clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good and diverse. The city center is like 15-20 minutes away on foot.

The walls of the room were quite thin so when someone's in the room next door, you hear everything.
