Amazing experience in this apartment. Loved the size, and the amenities. The host was very friendly and quick to answer questions. The room was very safe with two locking doors. Price was great for the room.

Location was a bit far from old town Constanta, but the room made up for it.

Gorgeous room and great amenities. The design is palace-like, with a super high ceiling and a lovely chandellier. The furniture is quality, the bed is confortable and everything was spotless and perfumed. They gave me a bottle of champagne for free, besides the bottled water, brand coffee and tea. I would have liked for the machine to make hot water too but I couldn't figure that out. Lots of bathroom essentials and clean linen, towels and bedding. The tub was an absolute dream and I felt like a queen.

The only reason why I'm not giving a perfect 10* is because they seem to have a pest problem. Although I counted 3 insect repellent machines, I found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom during the night. After that, I had to sleep with the lights on and my mouth shut so it wasn't the most restful of nights.

The hotel is in a nice area and not far to walk to station or old town checking in was easy and electronic security. We stayed in the queen spa room situated in the courtyard. The room was very nice indeed finished to a high standard, nice touch free bottle of fizz and free coffee and water. The room very clean and well presented with a well stocked mini bar and toiletries.

We had the queen room situated in the courtyard with the spa bath sadly the soundproofing is not up to standard as stated in room info. The TV’s in the rooms should have a volume limitation on them, as I could hear nextdoor TV not pleasant at 0300hrs when they want to listen to retro music. ( ps I did have to knock on their door) The courtyard if a nice area but does require more chairs and tables as two chair and one table no efficient for all guests. Bedside lights in our room had no bulbs

The place is picture perfect. Has a private sauna, very cosy and romantic. Room is huge. Some hotels have a mini bar, this room had a proper bar. Just amazing. Free champagne on arrival is a nice touch. There are lockers downstairs to leave your luggage at checkout. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Speak great English.

Stayed at the loft. Access to the apartment could be challenging for some as there is no lift and quite steep stairs. Finding the light switches could be a fun scavenger hunt for kids. The furniture is very stylish but shows signs of wear and tear. The locks can be a bit tricky to operate

Facilities are as advertised, beautiful, comfortable, functional and just all round great Penthouse. Staff is super helpful, well drilled, always at the ready to support. The complementary Lambrusco was just the right touch too. Location is very good for accessing the rest of Constanta, near shops, fairly peaceful

The stairs 😅 .. not sure what can be done about them though ... it was worth the climb

Our apartment was very beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The host was kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is ok. but it is not very close to the beach. It is a plus that we always found free parking spots available right next to the apartment, We also had water and champagne in the fridge free of charge from the host, which was a lovely gesture. The check-in / check-out was simple and fast.

In one of the other apartments of the host, there was a party at midnight. The loud music and talking could be heard in the whole building and it was very unpleasant.

Really nice, spacious one bedroom flat with big living room. Bathroom was nice size and very clean. The host had complementary water and champagne for us. We found parking on the same road free of charge. Very quiet street and nice comfortable beds. Big flat TV in bedroom and living room. Could definetely stay again.

No elevator. For us it was not a problem but for people with young kids, or moving disabilities could be a problem. Check the floor of the flat before you book.

JMR Royal is an example for how the services provided by an accomodation should look like. First of all, the apartment looks just like in the pictures and "royal" it's a good choice of words to describe it. Second of all, even if somebody else has checked out in the same day you're checking in, you won't notice it: everything is sparkly clean, there's no cleaning solutions smell, no wet floor in the bathroom etc. Something else I appreciated a lot and I didn't see it happening nowhere in Romania is the fact that you have a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and it's on the house and free coffee and water for the whole stay. Besides, you're asked if you want your sheets and towels to be changed or the rooms to be cleaned. When leaving, nobody came to check if everything's ok, so I didn't feel like I am being watched all the time, just like it happens everywhere you go in Romania. To conclude, this is definitely one of the top accomodations in Romania and I highly recommend it.

There was a weird pipe smell in the kitchen.

This place is a fairytale! So beautifully designed and with all the great amenities and small gestures adding up to a wonderful stay. We stayed in the Royal apartment and - especially in these winter times - we enjoyed the sauna and the standalone bathtub in the living room to the maximum. The self check-in process and the communication with the host was super easy and nice. Parking was hassle-free as there were plenty of parking slots just in front of the apartment.

There’s not a single such thing.

The sauna was great, the room was small and only 2 persons could fit comfortably.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low and taking a shower was not that great. There was some mold in the walk-in shower. The couch wasn't very clean. The balcony was dirty, walking without shoes on it was impossible. The air was fresh, but sometimes I could smell some cigarette smoke, I think the previous guys smoked inside :(
